Nowadays,the genetic information of the crop itself,combined with the cultivation environment,determines its quality characteristics and nutritional value.The consistency and stability of the genetic material of the agricultural products are also related to major food safety issues.Biological development is getting faster and faster,and genetic markers have important research value in modern biological research,and also have important value in crop breeding and identification of variety improvement.Genetic markers are relatively easy to determine,and the key to studying bio-specific genetic markers is to visualize them.Combined with the development of the Internet today,combining the knowledge of biology with computer science can enable more people to have a better understanding of biology at the Molecular level.How to enable people to identify and select good varieties is a challenging thing.At present,people’s understanding of biological species from the molecular level is relatively lacking,and the understanding of fair quality is still stuck in form.Therefore,it is necessary to combine computers with biological information knowledge to provide a method and platform for excellent strain identification.In this paper,we mainly study the crop product wheat line examples,select its genetic marker SNP molecular markers,and filter and select the downloaded data using Python technology to obtain representative molecular markers of the lines.Construct a mapping relationship f,map the molecular marker data to the parameter sequence of the flame function,and combine the popular fractal software Apophysis to visualize the specific genetic markers of excellent wheat varieties,and finally generate a visual fractal pattern that reflects the specific characteristics of the strain.Finally,the biographical-specific genetic marker visualization graphics were embedded in the WeChat applet.Cloud development was used as the background of the applet,and combined with cloud storage,cloud functions,and cloud databases to realize the storage of picture content,etc.Realize thefunctions of applet picture carousel,picture upload,message management,order placing,payment,etc.To achieve a convenient platform to display excellent varieties of agricultural products.The innovations of this article are :(1)The SNP-Flame function is constructed,and the mapping relationship f is proposed,which effectively maps SNP markers into the parameter sequence of the visual fractal graph,and realizes the visualization of gene SNP markers.(2)The comprehensive application of biological information and computer knowledge realizes the embedding of SNP marker fractal images into WeChat applets for effective display and more convenient display of the excellent characteristics of agricultural product varieties.
