| Aphis gossypii and Acyrthosiphom gossypii are common pests in cotton planting area of Xinjiang.With the change of climate environment and farming mode,their dynamic changes in the field.In order to find out the effect of cotton defense response induced by A.gossypii and Acy.gossypii on the physiological metabolism of aphid.The effects of different damage frequency of A.gossypii and Acy.gossypii on total phenol content,chitinase activity and β-1,3-glucanase activity in cotton leaves were studied,and the effects of cotton treated with two aphids with different hazard frequency on the antioxidant enzymes,the key enzyme activities in the process of nutrition metabolism and detoxification metabolism of aphids,The physiological adaptability of A.gossypii and Acy.gossypii to cotton induced defense was explained.The test results are as follows:1.The feeding time and frequency of A.gossypii and Acy.gossypii have a great influence on the secondary metabolites such as phenols in the leaves of cotton and the synthesis and metabolism of proteases which have a great influence on the feeding and digestion of phytophagous insects.The total phenol content,chitinase activity andβ-1,3-glucanase activity in the leaves of cotton were increased by the feeding of Acy.gossypii,while the feeding of A.gossypii again had a negative effect on the three substances in the leaves of cotton.2.The length of feeding time and damage order of Acy.gossypii and A.gossypii had some influence on the change of protective enzyme activity in the body of A.gossypii and Acy.gossypii.The changes of antioxidant enzyme activities in the two aphids were as follows: Acy.gossypii fed on cotton which was induced by Acy.gossypii-A.gossypii for 48 h and 24 h respectively,compared with cotton which was induced by Acy.gossypii-A.gossypii for 24 h and 48 h respectively,The activities of POD and SOD were increased,but CAT activity was decreased.A.gossypii fed on cotton after the interaction of A.gossypii and Acy.gossypii,Compared with the A.gossypii induced by feeding on Acy.gossypii alone,the activity of CAT and SOD in A.gossypii increased,while the activity of POD decreased.3.Most of the digestive enzyme activities of A.gossypii and Acy.gossypii increased after feeding on the induced cotton.Acy.gossypii fed on cotton which was induced by Acy.gossypii-A.gossypii successively for 48 h and 24 h,Compared with Acy.gossypii-A.gossypii induced cotton for 24 h and 48 h respectively,In the later stage,the activities of amylase,trehalase,sucrase,lipase and the content of proteinwere increased,while the activities of pepsin were decreased.The results showed that the interaction of A.gossypii and Acy.gossypii was better than that of Acy.gossypii,The activities of amylase,trehalase and pepsin increased,while the activities of sucrase,lipase and protein content decreased.4.The length of feeding time and damage order of A.gossypii and Acy.gossypii had some influence on the detoxification enzyme activity of A.gossypii and Acy.gossypii.The changes of detoxification enzyme activities in two aphids were as follows: Acy.gossypii fed on cotton which was induced by Acy.gossypii-A.gossypii successively for 48 h and 24 h,Compared with Acy.gossypii-A.gossypii induced cotton for 24 h and 48 h respectively,In the later stage,AChE and CarE activities of Acy.gossypii increased,while GSTs activities decreased.The results showed that the interaction of A.gossypii and Acy.gossypii was better than that of Acy.gossypii,The activities of GSTs and CarE in A.gossypii increased,while AChE decreased.In conclusion,Acy.gossypii induced cotton,Acy.gossypii-A.gossypii induced cotton in turn,A.gossypii and Acy.gossypii interaction induction can activate the defense response of cotton to varying degrees.When A.gossypii and Acy.gossypii feed on aphid induced cotton again,The key enzyme activities of digestion and absorption of nutrients,degradation of toxic substances and dynamic balance of active oxygen system were changed,It plays an important role in insect defense. |
