[Objective]:In recent years,with the intensification of greenhouse effect,high temperature thermal damage has become the main limiting factor of wheat production,which has an important impact on wheat yield and quality.Therefore,the effects of high temperature heat damage on wheat yield and flour quality were studied by simulating high temperature stress in the field.It provides a theoretical reference for breeding new wheat varieties with high yield and high quality and heat resistance.[Methods]:Twenty-six main varieties of spring wheat were selected as experimental materials and the experiment was carried out at the experimental station of agricultural college of shihezi university in 2018.At 8-12 d after wheat flowering,PVC plastic booths were built in the field for high temperature treatment.After ripening,the yield traits and flour quality traits of the tested materials were determined.The heat resistance of the tested materials was comprehensively evaluated by combining principal component analysis and cluster analysis.[Results]:1.High temperature stress has an important effect on wheat yield and its components.Compared with the control group,the yield per unit area under high temperature stress was reduced by 17.18%,which was very significant.Among the yield components,the panicle grain weight decreased by 14.37% to an extremely significant level,and the panicle grain number and1000-grain weight decreased by 8.20% and 6.47% to a significant level,respectively.The differences of other traits did not reach a significant level.2.High temperature stress have different effect on different varieties of wheat flour quality,such as,18 varieties under the stress of high temperature,wet gluten content showed a trend of rising,the dragon wheat 30,38,lunar New Year and Spring Festival 41 varieties of three peak viscosity index under high temperature stress and control treatments were significantly increased,in most of the wheat grain hardness index under high temperature stress difference was not significant.3.It can be seen from the comprehensive cluster analysis of indexes that: xinchun no.31 can be grouped into a single class with strong heat resistance;Plateau 506,plateau 338,ningchun 53,xinchun 40,ningchun 16,xinchun 44,longmai 37,xinchun 6,longmai 30,plateau448,xinchun 39,zangchun 11 were grouped into one category,with weak heat resistance.New spring 51,new spring 35,new spring 4,new spring 38,new spring 6,long mai 35,new spring11,new spring 37,long mai 26,new spring 41,new spring 22,new spring 11 and a bo 13 varieties were grouped into one class,with medium heat resistance.
