the stand.Over time,with the growth of the forest age,the nutrients in the forest land decrease continuously,and the intra-species competition increases continuously.Previous studies have considered the factors that affect and restrict the regeneration of casuarina casuarina from the aspects of variety degradation,soil and fertilizer nutrient cycling,genetic diversity reduction under shoot casuarina seedlings were increased to different degrees.In CK,12.5,25,50,100 and 200 mg/L the six groups of different concentrations of 3-O-coffee acyl lupine alcohol under duress,short shoot casuarina in endophytic fungi infection,root length,growth,root surface area were improved in different degrees,above ground biomass decline are greater than the root biomass decreased,root activity and free proline,soluble protein content,SOD,CAT content,malondialdehyde content also increase in different degrees.This indicates that in the process of plant growth,adverse conditions tend to cause plants to produce a large number of reactive oxygen species and destroy the balance of oxygen metabolism and clearance,thus causing damage to plant growth.In the face of the persecution of excessive reactive oxygen species,plants generally respond with enzymatic and non-enzymatic systems to reduce or eliminate the damage.In this study,can see clearly protective enzyme of CAT,SOD content in the activity of endophytic fungi of infection after improved,so as to speed up the role of ros,ease the allelochemicals of adverse effects on the plants,thus speculate that short shoot casuarina can react by enzyme system to help plant allelochemicals of persecution.The enzyme system the reaction of the present study also is less,can be seenfrom the experimental data,the different concentrations of catechins and3-O-coffee acyl lupine alcohol under duress,dyed bacteria short shoot casuarina seedlings in terms of root surface area,root length and biomass and dyed bacteria short shoot casuarina data produced by certain promoting effect,under the stress of two kinds of allelochemicals,dye bacterium seedling root length and root surface area than dye bacteria increased,root-shoot ratio also increased,under that allelochemicals stress,plants can also by the reaction of the enzyme system to cope with the stress of the outside world,In the future,it will become an important research direction for improving the resistance of casuarina equinis and solving the difficulty of second-generation renewal. |
