As one of the world's four major food crops,the potato is rich in nutrients,containing starch,sugar,protein and various antioxidants.The Ministry of Agriculture of China launched the strategic policy of potato staple food in 2015,highlighting the importance of potato.status.Color potato anthocyanins have the advantages of high total yield,strong resistance,low environmental impact factors,good light stability and thermal stability.In order to accelerate the breeding and application of high anthocyanin content,In this paper,the three varieties of purple rose,red beauty and feirui were used as materials to compare the yield,quality,anthocyanin content and anthocyanin synthesis related gene expression,and analyze the key genes.as follows:1?In this study,three varieties of red,purple and feirui were used to carry out comparative tests in three regions of Changsha and Zhuzhou.The results showed that the average yield of red and purple roses was 1444.7 kg/667m2,1342.5 kg/667m2.Significantly different from Favor's average yield of 2012 kg/667m2.The yield difference between different test sites of the same variety was not significant.The content of anthocyanins in red and purple rose was different at different test points,but it was not significant,and the storage conditions had little effect on anthocyanin content;It can be seen from the high-performance liquid chromatogram of the hydrochloric acid methanol extract of red and purple rose tubers that the peak time of red beauty is 22.5 min,23.5 min,25.5 min,and the main peak at 23.5 min is presumed to be in the color.The glycosidic species is geranium.The peak time of purple rose was 19min,21.2min and 24.3min,of which the main peak position was at 21.2min.It is speculated that the anthocyanin species may be petunia.In the taste quality evaluation,the purple rose has a higher food quality than Fiori.Anthocyanins do not have much effect on the taste of food.2?In the tuber formation stage of red beauty,purple rose and febru,it was sampled and sequenced by transcriptome.After splicing without transcriptome,a gene with a total length of 69,060,989 was obtained.The clean reads of each sample were more than 40 million.There are 18,167 expressed genes.According to the KEGG signaling pathway of differential genes,two signal pathways ko00940?Phenylpropanoid biosynthesis?and ko00941?Flavonoid biosynthesis?were obtained,and related genes were screened,and the results were compared with anthocyanin synthesis based on functional annotation results of TF family of differential genes.Real-time PCR was performed on the differential transcription factors involved in the regulation.The results showed that the expression of MYB-ETC1,MYB3,AN1 and bHLH1 was lower in Fabry,and the expression in purple rose and red tubers was on the rise.The difference between the multiples is larger,and the color of the biological phenotype is the same,and the difference is larger,which is not expressed in the stolon,which may play a certain role in the synthesis and regulation of anthocyanins.In line with the existing trend of growth reports,AN1 and bHLH1 have been reported.MYB3 and MYB-ETC1 are not clearly reported in the NCBI database,and can be used as a key research object for further functional verification.
