Cicadellinae belongs to Hemiptera,Auchenorrhyncha,Cicadelloidea,Cicadellidae. In the study,we have sequenced the complete mitogenemes of 14 specimens from 13 genera of the Cicadellinae.Based on these datasets, the structure traits of Cicadellinae mitogenomes were analyzed using comparative genomic ang bioinformatics methods, otherwise,we reconstructed the phylogeny of Cicadellidae using complete mitogenomes. Conclusions were drawn as below:1.Composition of the mitochondrial genome of the Cicadellinae:we have sequenced the complete mitogenemes of 14 specimens, contain 37 genes,14 genes were encoded by the J chain.23 genes were encoded by the J chain. The composition of nucleotide AT significantly exceeds GC and the most used codon is UUU>AUU>AUA>UUA>UUC,Triplet codons composed entirely of A or T.Most protein-coding genes use ATN as the start codon, and most stop codons are TAA;The anticodons of the tRNA gene in the mitochondrial genome have not been mutated.Among them, leucine(Leu)and serine(Ser)have found two sets of isoform receptors, except that the secondary structure of trn-S1(AGN)lacks the DHU arm,The secondary structure of the remaining 21 tRNAs can be folded into a typical clover structure; Each of the mitochondrial genome appears to several or more than a dozen no-coding gene intergenic nucleotide, among which the largest non-coding region is located between srRNA and tRNAIle.2.Comparative mitochondrial genomics of the Cicadellinae:The size of the mitochondrial genome ranges from 1.47 kb to 1.65 kb,There is no significant difference in the size of mitogenems between genera. No addition or deletion was found in the mitochondrial genome, the gene composition and arrangement are very conservative, and no gene rearrangement occurs, but gene overlap and spacing often occur between genomes. The nucleotide composition of the mitogenome is obviously AT bias, and the use of AT is between 76.4%and 81.7%.3.Phylogenetic analysis of the genera of Cicadellinae based on complete mitochondrial genome:Using the mitochondrial genomic data of 14 specimens of the Cicadellinae obtained by sequencing in this study,a total of 47 species of the 6subfamilies of the Cicadellidae were selected, and the Deltocephalinae was taken as an outgroup. The phylogenetic analysis of 13 genera of Chinese Cicadellinae was carried out by using Maximum Likelihood and Bayesian. The results show:The Cicadellinae constitutes a monophyletic.Cofana and Cicadella always form a branch,Anagonalla and Erragonalia are always in a sister group,Atkinsoniella and Nanatka are always clustered together,Paratkina+Stenatkina and Gunungidia+Anatkina have always been a sister group. The subsingle relationship of Seasogonia genus consisting of 11genera is relatively close, but Seasogonia genus has unstable branching status in the phylogenetic tree.Kolla and Bothrogonia closer relationship, always with Draeculacephata,Bothrogonia polymerized together to a submonophyletic group.
