Forestry survey even the management and protection on individual tree level is the ultimate goal of precision forestry and the construction of individual tree database is the material base of individual tree management.The construction and application of urban individual tree database has been implemented in several fields(e.g.the management of ancient and famous trees,willow catkins female plant management,etc.).However,most of these works are based on traditional ground survey not only heavy but also inefficiency so that it is difficult to promote them in the whole city.In recent years,with the proposed of the concept of "Internet plus forestry" and "intelligent forestry",urban forestry management is developing towards high quality and precise direction.A new round development of information technology provides opportunity and challenge for the implementation of precision forestry,especially for the effective creation of urban individual tree database.This paper developed an individual tree database management system on web taking the campus of Beijing Forestry University as an example.The data used by individual tree database is derived from remote sensing image detecting the trees location by individual tree recognition technology.This system includes two parts,Web and APP.The app,one of them,mainly uses the satellite positioning service to implement data collection of individual tree factor(including location and other tree factors).And the Web is developed with the logical of Python + Django + My SQL + Baidu map API,which not only developed the function of adding,deleting,changing and querying individual tree data based on position,but also achieved the module to add new bulk data by the technology of individual tree location detection on remote sensing imagery.This system provides a platform for trees information display and the base to construct and manage individual tree database efficiently and conveniently.
