As a new economic forest tree species, blueberry has received more and more attention in its cultivation research.Blueberry mycorrhiza is one of the research hotspots, related researches think that it plays an important role in promoting plant nutrient absorption. This study selected 4 endophytic fungi Phialocephala(P-1,P-5,P-8,P-10),which were isolated and purified from Greater Khingan Range Vaccinium ulignosum Linn by the studying team at the intial phase. And then determine its fungal characteristics.Based on the comprehensive evaluation, strain P-8 and strain P-10 were selected to inoculate blueberries ‘Jewel' and ‘Primadonna'.The main resluts are as follows:1.4 Phialocephala blueberry endophytic fungi are able to dissolve phosphorus and potassium, and to produce protease and urease.Strain P-8 have the ability to produce cellulase.Strain P-8 and strain P-10 have the ability to produce acid.Among them, strain P-5 and strain P-8 have strong protease production capacity, and their enzyme activities are 19.17 U/ml and 17.43 U/ml respectively, which are significantly higher than other strains;strain P-8 and strain P-10 have higher urease production capacity Strong, with enzyme activities of 4.44 U/ml and 3.38 U/ml respectively, which are significantly higher than other strains. The experiment results shows strain P-1 and strain P-8,strain P-5 and strain P-8,strain P-8 and strain P-10 have a synergistic effect respectively, while strain P-1 and strain P-5,strain P-1 and strain P-10,strain 9-5 and strain P-10 have an antagonistic effect respectively.2.The single inoculation and co-inoculation treatments can significantly increase the increase in seedling height, ground diameter and biomass of southern highbush blueberries ‘Jewel' and ‘Primadonna'varieties except that the increase in seedling height of ‘Jewel' varieties is not significant.Among them,co-vaccination has a certain growth advantage over single vaccination.Single inoculation and co-inoculation significantly improved root infection rate and root vitality, but there is no significant difference between co-inoculation and single inoculation.Single inoculation and co-inoculation had no significant effect on the branch number and leaf number of the ‘Jewel'variety.Except for the P-10 single inoculation on the leaf number, the other inoculation treatments significantly increased the branch number and leaf number of the‘Primadonna'variety.3.Single inoculation and co-inoculation can significantly increase the whole N,P content, soluble sugar accumulation and chlorophyll content of ‘Jewel' and ‘Primadonna' varieties. It varies according to blueberry variety and inoculation method. The effect of inoculation on the transfer coefficients of N and P is not significant or significantly reduced, which indicates that the inoculation does not affect or interfere with the transfer of N and P to the aerial part.4.Correlation analysis showed that the amount of inoculation was significantly positively correlated with the infection rate, biomass, and N content of the whole plant.
