Fuxing pig is one of the local excellent breeds in GuiZhou province, and there is a lack of data on its nutritional needs. This experiment takes the growth stage(20-50kg)Dejiang Fuxing pigs(male and female half)as the object to study its energy and protein needs. The experiment adopts a single factor random block design, through a combination of feeding test and digestion and metabolism test.Linear regression was used to fit the factorial mathematical model of the energy and protein requirements of the renaissance pig growth stage, and the feed formula with better effect in the renaissance pig growth stage was selected to provide a theoretical basis and production guidance for the scientific breeding of the renaissance pig.The test is divided into two parts.Experiment 1:Studied the different energy levels of Dejiang Fuxing pigs in the growth stage needThe experiment selected 24 healthy and rejuvenating pigs with similar health, weight and parity(castration),using a single-factor randomized block design, randomly divided into 4 groups,6 in each group. With reference to the "Chinese Pig Breeding Standards"(2004)and NRC(1998),the experimental diets were designed with 4 different gradient DE,respectively 12.5MJ/kg,14%CP,13.1MJ/kg,14%CP 13.7MJ/kg,14%CP,14.3MJ/kg,14%CP.Each group of test pigs were fed diets with different DE levels for feeding comparison and digestion and metabolism tests. The pre-feeding period was 7 days, the main feeding period was 60 days, and 7 days before the end of the feeding test.Conduct digestion and metabolism tests. The results showed that the DE level of the diet had no significant effect on the feed intake of Fuxing pigs(P>0.05).The final weight and ADG of the group with DE of 13.7MJ/kg were significantly higher than those of the 12.5MJ/kg group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the 13.1MJ/kg and 14.3MJ/kg groups(P>0.05).The energy-to-weight ratio between the energy concentration of 13.7MJ/kg and 14.3MJ/kg group was not significant(P>0.05),but significantly lower than the 12.5MJ/kg group and 13.1MJ/kg(P<0.05).The digestibility of CP and EE in the 13.7MJ/kg and 14.3MJ/kg groups was significantly higher than that in the 12.5MJ/kg group(P<0.05),but the difference between the 13.7MJ/kg and 14.3MJ/kg groups was not significant(P>0.05).Therefore,it is considered that the appropriate DE level of the revival pigs in the growth stage of 20-50 kg is 13.7 MJ/kgAccording to the results of the comprehensive feeding test and digestion and metabolism test, the digestive energy and metabolic energy(y)of Fuxing pigs are the dependent variables, and the average daily weight gain(x)is the independent variable Linear regression analysis is performed to obtain the digestion of 20-50 kg Fuxing pigs The factorial models of energy and metabolic energy are as follows:DER=118.8W0.75+1682.7 ? W,MER=50.62W0.75+716.49 ? W;(DER,MER,W0.75,? W are KJ/d,KJ/d,kg,g/d,respectively)Experiment 2:Different protein levels in Dejiang Fuxing pig growth stage need to be studiedThe experiment selected 24 healthy and rejuvenating pigs with similar health, weight and parity(castration),using a single-factor randomized block design, randomly divided into 4 groups,6 in each group. With reference to the "Chinese Pig Feeding Standards"(2004)and NRC(1998),the experimental diets were designed with 4 different gradient CP levels diets, respectively 13.3MJ/kg,12%CP;13.3MJ/kg,14%CP;13.3MJ/kg,16%CP;13.3MJ/kg,18%CP.Each group of test pigs were fed diets with different CP levels for feeding comparison and digestion and metabolism tests. The pre-feeding period was 7 days, the main feeding period was 60 days, and 7 days before the end of the feeding test, the total feces collection and urine collection method were used.Digestion and metabolism test. The test results showed that different crude protein levels had no significant effect on the intake of 20-50kg Fuxing pigs(P<0.05).CP was highest in 16%group and significantly higher than 12%group(P<0.05),but not significantly different from 14%and 18%group(P>0.05);16%group had the lowest feed weight ratio, significantly lower than 12 The%and 14%groups(P<0.05)were not significantly different from the 18%group(P>0.05)Different CP levels had no significant effect on DM digestibility(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of CP,CF and Ash was higher in 16%and 18%groups than in 12%and 14%groups(P<0.05),but There was no significant difference between the 16%and 18%groups(P>0.05).The apparent digestibility of EE in the 16%and 18%groups was significantly higher than that in the 12%group(P<0.05).Ni and Nd were higher in the 16%and 18%groups than in the 12%and 14%groups(P<0.05).The difference between the 16%and 18%groups was not significant(P>0.05);although the NP utilization rate and nitrogen The apparent biological titer of the 12%group was higher than that of the 14%,16%,and 18%groups(P<0.05),but the overall level of CP suitable for the rejuvenation pigs at the growth stage of 20-50 kg was 16%Study on the protein requirement of Dejiang Fuxing pigs(20-50kg)during the growth stage.Based on the results of the comprehensive feeding test and digestion and metabolism test, the crude protein intake(Y)of Dejiang Fuxing pigs was used as the dependent variable, and the average daily gain(X)was used as the independent variable for linear regression analysis. The regression equation for the digestion of crude protein requirement(Y)is as follows:DCP=1.77 W0.75+0.35 ? W;where DCP:g/d;W0.75:kg;? W:g/d.
