In view of the problems of laying rate decreasing,egg quality decreasing,number of broken eggs increasing and the low number of lamping of Ma Shan Black goat,a local variety in Guangxi,in the later laying period,this study is mainly divided into two parts to discuss the related contents.In the first part,the effects of citric acid,moringa oleifera powder,enzyme solution and Chinese herbal medicine solution on the production performance,egg quality,blood biochemical indexes,serum antioxidant capacity and other indexes of laying hens were discussed.In the second part,the influence of different injection methods and doses of FSH on the number of lambing and the influence of changes in the number of lambing on the ewe weight,lamb weight and body size of Masan black goat were discussed,so as to provide some ideas and methods for the follow-up research on related issues.1.Effects of dietary addition of citric acid,moringa moringa stem and leaf powder,enzyme solution and Chinese herbal medicine solution on late production performance,egg quality,blood biochemical indexes and serum antioxidant capacity of layersIn this study,432 laying layer chickens at the late stage of egg production were randomly divided into 6 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 18 chickens in each replicate.The control group was fed basic diet.The experimental group was divided into 5 groups: A,B,C,D and E.Group A added 670 mg/kg citric acid to the base diet;Group B added 0.1% citric acid to the base diet;In group C,670 mg/kg citric acid and 4% moringa moringa stem and leaf powder were added to the base diet.Group D added 4% moringa moringa stem and leaf powder to the base diet.Group E added enzyme solution to the basal diet.The pre-feeding period was 1 week and the trial period was 8 weeks.Relevant data were recorded and statistically analyzed.The results show that :(1)Comparison of laying performance of layer hens.Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the egg production rate and the egg ratio(P>0.05),but the egg production rate of group C was significantly higher than that of the control group at 5-8 weeks in the test period(P<0.05).Group B,C,D and E significantly increased the qualified egg rate(P<0.05).Daily food intake was significantly increased in group B(P<0.05).The mortality was significantly reduced in group C(P<0.05).Group C and D significantly reduced egg weight(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of various indexes of egg quality.Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the egg shape index,Hahn's unit and yolk ratio(P>0.05).The protein height of group A and C was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The color of egg yolk in group C,D and E was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).In terms of eggshell quality,compared with the control group,group C and D significantly increased the eggshell thickness(P<0.05),group B and D significantly increased the eggshell ratio(P<0.05)in 1-4 weeks,and group C,D and E significantly increased the eggshell strength in 5-8 weeks(P<0.05).In egg yolk nutrients in the experimental group compared with control group,egg yolk,total cholesterol levels did not differ significantly(P > 0.05),B,C,D group significantly increased egg yolk crude fat content increased significantly(P < 0.05),group D egg yolk lecithin content(P < 0.05),group B,C,D,E in 5 ? 8 weeks significantly increase the content of egg yolk lecithin(P < 0.05).(3)Comparison of blood biochemical indicators.Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in ALB and GLOB content and A/G in protein metabolism(P>,0.05),and significantly increased TP content in groups B and D(P<0.05).In the process of fat metabolism,there was no significant difference in TG content(P>0.05),the content of CHOL was significantly increased in group B(P<0.05),and the content of HDL-C and LDL-C were significantly increased and decreased in groups C and D(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of serum antioxidant capacity.Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in MDA content in each experimental group(P>0.05),the content of T-AOC was significantly increased in group C(P<0.05),the activity of GSH-PX was significantly increased in each experimental group(P<0.05),and the activity of T-SOD was significantly increased in group C,D,and E(P<0.05).2.Effects of different FSH injection methods and doses on lambing number of Ma Shan black goat in Guangxi and effects of changes in lambing number on weight of ewe,weight of lamb and body size of eweIn this experiment,20 Ma Shan Black goats were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups with 4 goats in each group.Each group was treated with estrus in the same period,and the experimental group was treated with superovulation.The experimental group was divided into 4 groups,including 270,210 P,270P,and 330 P.The 210 P group was given FSH 210 IU by one injection.Group 270 P received a single injection of 270 IU FSH.The 330 P group received 330 IU FSH by one injection.The ewe after delivery were fed with concentrate and artificial milk substitute for the prolific lambs.The changes of ewe's lambing number and lambing number on ewe's weight,weight and body size were observed and analyzed.The results showed that :(1)Lambing number comparison.There was no significant effect of one FSH injection and decrease of FSH on Ma Shan Black goats(P > 0.05),and the number of lambing increased significantly in the 330 P group(P < 0.05).(2)FSH injection method and dose did not affect the sex distribution of the whole lamb.(3)Influence on ewe weight.There was no significant difference in ewe weight between 5 months after lambing and before mating(P<0.05).(4)Effects on weight index of lambs.The birth weight and 5-month-old weight of the 330 P group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in average daily weight gain(P>0.05).(5)Influence on the body size index of lamb.The birth body height of the 330 P group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the length of lamb at birth,length of lamb at 5 months and average daily growth(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the body oblique length at birth,body oblique length at the age of 5 months,and the average daily increasing skew(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the body length index at birth and the body length index at 5 months(P>0.05).In summary,the combination of citric acid and moringa moringa stem and leaf powder can improve the egg laying performance,yolk nutrition,protein metabolism,fat metabolism and antioxidant capacity of late laying layer.One injection of 330 IU of FSH can significantly increase the lambing number of Ma Shan Black goats,and the increase of lambing number will not significantly affect the normal growth and development of ewe and lambs.
