Medicinal plants are the material basis for the inheritance and development of the Chinese medicine industry and a strategic resource related to the national economy and people's livelihood.However,for many years,the analysis of suitable cultivation areas for medicinal plants has relied on traditional experience to a certain extent.This method is difficult to ensure accuracy and may bring higher costs to plant growers for drug administration.In this paper,an algorithm model based on the combination of Jaccard similarity coefficient method and entropy method has been proposed for the analysis of suitable areas for medicinal plants.In this algorithm model,the first step is to investigate the existing similarity algorithms and the growth conditions of medicinal plants.There are six indicators,including January average temperature,July average temperature,annual average temperature,average annual precipitation,illumination,soil type.Then,the Jaccard similarity algorithm was adapted to the analysis of medicinal plants suitable planting,and the entropy method was adapted to the weight of the influence factors.The ROC curve(receiver operating characteristic curve)is used to evaluate the algorithm results to determine the applicability of this algorithm to the analysis of medicinal plant proper planting analysis.Thus,a complete set of medicinal plant appropriate planting analysis algorithm system has been built.Using the algorithm analysis in this paper,the evaluation index AUC value of 126 medicinal plants is greater than 0.8,the accuracy reaches a very accurate range,and after giving weights,the AUC value of 128 medicinal plants has been improved,a total of 5662 potentially suitable planting areas were obtained.When the system operated,the results show that the algorithm can accurately analyze the suitable planting area of medicinal plants.Based on the algorithm,we designed an appropriate planting analysis system for medicinal plants.Firstly,we built a medicinal plant database and ecological information database.Then,the search function of medicinal plant information was realized by the Elastic search engine,and implement medicinal plant proper planting analysis function and medicinal plant based on medicinal plant proper planting analysis algorithm system Visual display of regional affiliation data,and finally test the system to ensure that the system meets the needs of use.This system can be used as a reference for the construction of the analysis system of the suitable planting of medicinal plants,and promote the development of the cultivation of medicinal plants to the direction of quantification and accuracy.
