Desertification is a major global environmental problem,which is particularly serious in our country.When studying desert control,sand fixation is a prerequisite,so sand fixation has become a top priority in sand control.The use of mechanical equipment to fix and control desertification has become an important research content.At present,further research is needed for intelligent,multi-functional and high-efficiency sand-fixing machinery.Based on the research of the impact of the Gobi Desert gravel coverage on sand-fixing,the spraying mechanism of the sand-fixing truck is studied based on the CFD model,and the existence of spraying is made.In order to realize the spraying process of sand-fixing materials,it provides a theoretical basis for the research and development of sand-fixing machinery.On the basis of exploring the influence of gravel coverage on sand fixation effect in Gobi desert,the spraying principle of sand fixing vehicle is studied,and the spraying process of sand fixing vehicle is analyzed,so as to further clarify the various factors affecting the spraying mechanism of sand fixation vehicle.Based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD),a CFD model of sand fixation and spraying was established by studying the relationship between governing equations in the hydrodynamics of sand fixation and spraying and the pertinence of turbulence model to viscous fluid.According to the spraying sequence of sand fixing materials in the spraying process,the spraying mechanism was studied,and the factors influencing sand fixation spraying were processed by discrete data processing.Based on CFD model,the multi-phase flow cloud change diagram and linear relationship diagram of sand fixation spraying mechanism were simulated from four aspects of storage mixing tank,agitator,spraying pipe and sand fixing material spraying molding The influence law of sand fixation and spraying mechanism.Based on the law and influencing factors of spraying mechanism,the structure of sand fixation spraying device was designed for two materials(material 1 density is 1600,viscosity is 0.001;material 2 density is 2000,viscosity is 1.0).Through digital prototype experiment,the simulation results show that the sand fixation coverage can reach 40%,which verifies the feasibility of sand fixation spraying device.
