China is a country with the largest forest plantation area in the world,and forests are the most important "carbon sinks" in terrestrial ecosystems.It is important to understand the carbon dynamics of planted forests from the ground,underground,dead wood,forests litter and wood products.In this study,the main tree species in Lahailing Forest Farm of Luanping County,the northern part of Yanshan Mountain,is Planted Pinus tabulaeformis.I studied the carbon dynamics of forest stands and wood products with different management scenarios.Based on the analysis,I recommend a sustainable management plan and have the following conclusions:1)The total carbon storage of Planted Pinus tabulaeformis in Lahailing Forest Farm showed a general trend of decreasing in the first 15 years and increasing after 15 years.The Planted Pinus tabulaeformis in Lahailing Forest Farm is an obvious carbon sink after being planted.The forest can carbon sink or carbon source depending on harvest levels and wood product lifespan.2)Biomass carbon storage is the most active component of total carbon storage.The carbon storage contribution of forest product to the total carbon storage will become more and more important as time goes on.The carbon storage contribution of dead wood and forest litter is small.Biomass carbon storage,forest product carbon storage and total carbon storage under different rotation lengths change.40 years is the most reasonable rotation length of Planted Pinus tabulaeformis in Lahailing Forest Farm.3)The carbon storage of wood products increases to a stable level and stops increasing mainly because of the harvest level and lifespan of wood product.4)In the process of management of Planted Pinus tabulaeformis in Lahailing Forest Farm,it is more reasonable when the harvesting intensity does not exceed 30%.The proportion of wood waste has impact on the carbon storage.5)Among the recommended multi-functional sustainable forest management scenario,approximately 2832 m 3 of wood can be harvested every year.Total carbon storage will increase 97,000 tons(32.05%)during the 100-year planning horizon.The annual logging cost is about 707,900 yuans,the annual profit is about 1.5574 million yuans,and the annual revenue is 2.254 million yuans.The average harvesting age is 62 years,and the average harvested wood volume per hectare is 122m3/ ha.
