Rice-fish culture has new requirements in the new era.Rice cultivation requires both yield and quality,as well as saving fertilizer and removing nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus from the tailwater of the culture;fisheries cultivation requires both high quality and high yield,and requires reduced feeding.In this article,we study the quality of pond water from Large-scale Rice-Crab culture and Aquaculture integrated System,large-scale rice-crab culture and aquaculture integrated systems,rice-crab culture water quality,large-scale rice-crab culture and aquaculture integrated systems,rice growth research,and large-scale rice-crab culture and aquaculture.The integrated aquaculture system,the reproduction characteristics and conditions of mature populations of the Eriocheir sinensis,and other aspects elaborated the basic methods and essential requirements for comprehensive culture of rice and fish in the new era.1. Study the water quality in large rice-crab culture and Aquaculture integrated System.Facing the new pattern of green development of modern fisheries,land-based ecological fisheries technology was applied to the ecological application of the rice-crab culture and aquaculture integrated system in Guangming Fishing Village,Helan County,Yinchuan City.A water quality analyzer was used to detect some water quality indicators in the system,and the water quality change rules of the Guangming Fishing Village Aquaculture Pond System,Rice-Crab culture System,and Circulation Ditch Purification System(Paddy Field-Pond Complex System)were systematically explained.Intensive fish pond system:the average ammonia nitrogen content increased from 0.793mg/L of the total water inlet to 1.553mg/L of the total water outlet,and the average nitrate content increased from 0.094mg/L of the total water inlet to 0.226mg of the total water outlet/L.Rice-crab culture system:the ammonia nitrogen content is reduced from 0.42mg/L at the water inlet to 0.13mg/L at the water outlet,and the purification efficiency reaches 69.05%.The concentration of phosphate in the water inlet is low,and the concentration of the water is high.The phosphate concentration is relatively high,while the ammonia nitrogen concentration is relatively small,and the ammonia nitrogen and phosphate concentrations in the middle of the field are relatively medium.Circulation purification system of ditch:the average ammonia nitrogen content was reduced from 1.247mg/L to 0.363mg/L,and the average phosphate content was reduced from 0.203mg/L to 0.01mg/L.Suspension organic matter concentration in the rice field ring groove of the rice-crab culture system during the peak season of production in August:The average concentration of suspended organic matter in the rice field ring groove on August 2 was 127.45 mg/L,and on August 6 the average concentration of suspended organic matter in the rice field ring groove was 20.36 mg/L.The average concentration of suspended organic matter in the ring ditch of each paddy field before the rice field withdrew on August 30 was 85 mg/L.Water quality in the rice field ring groove of the rice-crab culture system during the peak season of production in August:Nitrite concentration has remained low,and 0mg/L has been measured repeatedly.The average ammonia nitrogen concentration in the ring groove of each field was 0.105 mg/L,and the average phosphate concentration was 0.04mg/L.The clear water enters the fish pond,and the fish pond discharges a large amount of fertilizer into the rice field through the ditch.The clean water purified by the ditch and the rice field is re-injected into the fish pond,which improves the water quality of the entire system,and the production efficiency and yield are greatly improved.It shows that this model is conducive to the coordinated development of two industries of rice cultivation and aquaculture,reduce the tailwater discharge of aquaculture,and realize the aquaculture pollution resource.2. The rice growth research in Large-scale rice-crab culture and Aquaculture integrated System.Under different circumstances,the irrigation pattern of the paddy field affected the growth and yield of rice.The experiment was divided into fish pond water irrigated every 5 days,fish pond water irrigated every 7 days and non-irrigated fish pond water.The average yield per acre of rice is 1089.93,and the yield per acre in dry fields is higher than that in paddy fields.The yield per acre for different irrigation cycles is 5d irrigation once>7d irrigation once>no pond water is not irrigated.Partial aboveground biomass upland of dry paddy is larger than wet paddy field.The dryland rice biomass averages 115.86g/hill to maturity,while the paddy rice biomass averages only 55.04g/hill during maturity.Fields 7 and 11 are irrigated every 5 days,and the biomass is higher than that of other paddy fields,with an average of 68.9 g/hill.The stem length of each field block does not increase after the heading period.Compared with other indicators,the stem length is relatively stable after the booting period.The plant height of each field reached its peak at the booting stage and decreased slightly after the booting stage.The stem base outside diameter reached its peak at the booting stage and decreased slightly from the booting stage to the mature stage.Rice yield and yield components have different degrees of correlation,and the grey correlation is generally distributed between 0.576-0.907.From the perspective of each rice rhizome composition factor and rice yield,the order from strong to weak is as follows:root length(0.907)>stem base outside diameter(0.863)=panicle base outside diameter(0.863)>stem length(0.846)>Plant height(0.829)>Panicle length(0.776),where root length is the rhizome component that has the greatest correlation with rice yield,panicle length is the rhizome component with the least correlation with rice yield;rice yield component and rice The order of yield correlation from strong to weak is as follows:Effective panicle number(0.869)>ear grain number(0.847)>biomass(0.813)>seed setting rate(0.806)>1000-grain weight(0.759)>hills per hectare(0.715)>Root dry weight(0.625)>panicle formation rate(0.576),in which the effective panicle number is the yield component factor with the greatest correlation with rice yield,and the panicle setting rate is the yield component factor with the least correlation with rice yield.3. In order to explore the reproductive development mechanism of mature populations of the large-scale rice-crab culture-aquaculture integrated system,Eriocheir sinensis,statistics,resource biology,and other related studies were used in Guangming Fishing Village,Helan County,Yinchuan,Ningxia.The research on the gonads,hepatopancreas and condition index of mitten crab reflects the reproductive characteristics and conditions of mature mitten crab culture population in Yinchuan peddyfield.The production is large yields but size is small in 2019 for lower temperature and Caused by extensive culture without feeding.The width of the carapace is mainly distributed between 32-61mm,the length of the carapace is distributed between 37-59mm,and the weight is between 22-101g.On October 24,the width of the head of the Eriocheir sinensis was mainly distributed between 35-50mm,and on November 20 it was mainly distributed between 35-55mm.Eriocheir sinensis Carapace width were mainly distributed at 40-50mm on October 24th,and there were certain distributions in each interval on November 20.On October 24,the body weight of Eriocheir sinensis was mainly distributed in 20-50g,and on November 20,it was relatively more evenly distributed in each group of 20-65g.On the whole,there is a tendency to average.The body weight of Eriocheir sinensis is a power function relationship with the 0.9315.There is a linear relationship between mitten crab carapace length and carapace width,male CW=0.9017CL+0.5638,R2=0.9759,female CW=0.9466CL-1.1013,R2=0.9377.The length of Eriocheir sinensis carapace is a function of power,male W=0.0006CL2.9316,R2=0.233,female W=0.0007CL2.8717,R2=0.9363.There is a linear relationship between Eriocheir sinensis Carapace width and hepatopancreas weight,male:HW=0.2351CW-7.5852,R2=0.8117,female HW=0.0904CW-1.9197,R2=0.2305.The liver body index was linearly related to the width of the carapace,and the male body was positively correlated,and the female body was negatively correlated.Male HIS=0.1064CW-0.3422,R2=0.3102,and female HIS=-0.0993CW+8.6023,R2=0.0538.The weight of vas deferens and the weight of hepatopancreas showed a power function relationship,HW=0.8129e0.8991VW,R2=0.602.There is a quadratic function relationship between hepatopancreas weight and wet ovary weight HW=0.0581OW2-0.2266OW+1.835,R2=0.1075.4. Large-scale rice-crab culture and aquaculture integrated system output analysis.The yield per 667m2of rice is generally higher than that of paddy fields,which is due to different planting patterns.The yield of rice in some paddy fields is not high,but because the Eriocheir sinensis are stocked,the output value per 667m2is higher.Farming Eriocheir sinensis is a better way to increase farmers’income.The output value per 667m2of field 3 can reach two Times,reaching 8294.71 yuan/667m2.According to the total production of various species in 2019,the total fish production is447800kg;the total rice production is 286552kg,and the Eriocheir sinensis production is 5078.5kg.The ratio of aquatic product output to rice output is 1:1.43.Commonly known as"1 kg fish:1.5 kg rice"mode.That is,the yield of 1430 kg of rice per 667m2,coupled with the intensive aquaculture system,produces 1000 kg of fish per 667m2.The ratio of the area of fish ponds to the area of rice fields is 290:776,which means that the area of cultivation is about 27%.The innovative point of this research is to make breakthroughs in traditional rice-fish culture,in the water cycle,intensive fish pond system nutrient removal,rice-crab culture system nutrient absorption,rice-fish culture rice growth law,Eriocheir sinensis Reproductive characteristics and conditions of mature crab populations were summarized,and the production laws in Ningxia were summarized,so as to guide the production research in the coming year and contribute to the Integrated aquaculture and promotion of rice and fish in Ningxia.The discharge of nutrients from intensive fish ponds can slow down water aging and eutrophication.The irrigation waste water is irrigated into the paddy fields to make seedlings thicker and also purify the water body.The ecological ditch for recycling buffers the high concentration of nutrients in the waste water for cultivation.The special culture climate and culture status of Eriocheir sinensis in Northwest China have an impact on the reproductive characteristics of Eriocheir sinensis.Under the conditions of solid foundation,we have innovated the water quality control of intensive fish ponds,ecological functions of rice fields,reduced fertilization of rice,and less feeding of Eriocheir sinensis.We are a pioneer and pioneer in the northwestern region of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.On the basis of innovation,we have increased scientific research and made basic research practical.We have made great improvements in the measurement of basic water chemistry,the measurement of basic rice growth indicators,the measurement of basic biological indexes of the Eriocheir sinensis,and the water cycle efficiency,preliminary reveals the integrated and cyclic mechanism of the complex system.
