Abstract/Summary:
Aiming at the problem of coordination and optimization of watermelon yield and quality in Xiangshan pressed sand field,this paper uses comparative test and orthogonal test method to systematically study different water quality,different grafted varieties,water,fertilizer,gas and heat factors and their coupling to the growth of new and old sand pressed sand melon,The photosynthesis,yield and quality of the impact of the law,provide theoretical basis and technical support for Ningxia pressed sand melon to improve quality and efficiency.The main research results are as follows:(1)Through comparative experiments,the effects of two types of water quality and three water types on the yield and quality of pressed sand melon were studied.The test showed that:oval and square pressed sand melon,under mixed water(brackish water:clean water=1:1)drip irrigation,the yield increased by 15.6%and 9.9%compared with brackish water drip irrigation;under net drip irrigation,Which is 31.1%and 12.9%higher than the output under brackish water drip irrigation.The two melon-shaped pressed sand fields,under mixed drip irrigation,reduced total salt content by 21.9%and 16.4%,respectively,and the alkaline nitrogen content by 29.4%and 11.6%,respectively.The pH is lower,and the yield of pressed sand melon under mixed water irrigation is inferior to that of clean water irrigation,but the content of soluble sugar,vitamin C,and soluble solids in pressed sand melon are higher than that of clean water irrigation and close to brackish water.The cost is 50%lower than that of purified water irrigation,which can be used as the most suitable water quality for Zhongwei Xiangshan pressed sand melon irrigation.(2)Through a random block test,the effects of three irrigation quota levels and three fertilization levels on the growth,photosynthesis,yield and quality of three watermelon varieties were studied under the conditions of old sand land.The experiment showed that the average output of desert storms was 10.02%and 10.54%higher than that of Jincheng and Fuyou Jincheng,respectively.The highest yield treatment was the combination of desert storm+high water+high fertilizer,which reached 5257.72kg/667m2.Desert Storm also increased the average soluble solids mass fraction by 6.5%and 4.3%compared with Gansu Jincheng and Fuyou Jincheng.Desert Storm increased 13.3%and 9.7%compared with the average vitamin C content of Gansu Jincheng and Fuyou Jincheng.In addition,the highest soluble sugar mass fraction was 6.58%of the Desert Storm+Medium Water+High Fertilizer combination.The three treatments with the highest vitamin C content are all desert storm varieties,the highest content is 12.84 mg/100g of the combination of desert storm+high water+high fertilizer,so the desert sand storm in Xiangshan area is more suitable than the other two varieties.(3)Through a random block experiment,the effect of supplementary selenium fertilizer on the yield and quality of Fuyou Jincheng pressed sand melon was studied.The experiment showed that supplementary application of selenium-rich organic fertilizer can not only reduce the total acid content,but also increase soluble solids and soluble sugar.,Vitamin C and selenium content.The output of treatment 3,treatment 2 and treatment 1 increased by 7.4%,6.3%and 1.1%respectively compared with the control group,and the selenium content of treatment 1 increased by 184.4%and 903.1%compared with treatment 2 and treatment 3,respectively.Based on the effects of various treatments on yield and quality,the optimal treatment in this experiment was treatment 1,which verified that supplementary application of selenium fertilizer can effectively increase the selenium content and yield of pressed sand melon.(4)Using the orthogonal test method,the effects of water,fertilizer,gas and heat coupling on physiological characteristics,photosynthesis,quality and yield of pressed sand melon were studied.Through range analysis and analysis of variance,the primary and secondary influence order of water,fertilizer,gas and heat on the growth index,photosynthesis index,quality and yield of the pressed sand melon,the significance of each factor and the change law were determined,and the test plan was determined.The optimal combination.The experiment showed that the major and secondary order in which various factors affect yield is:irrigation quota(A)>aeration(C)>fertilization amount(B)>sand layer color depth(D).Irrigation quota,fertilization and aeration have a significant effect on yield,and the color of sand layer has no significant effect on yield.Yield increases with irrigation quota,aeration and fertilization,and as the depth of sand layer color increases Decrease first and then increase.The optimal combination plan is:A3B3C1D3,irrigation quota is 144m3/667m2,fertilization amount is 14kg/667m2,aeration is deep ploughing,and the ratio of grass and ash is 1:1.If the water use efficiency and the secondary factor D are further considered,the optimal combination plan should be A3B3C1D1,irrigation quota of 144m3/667m2,fertilization amount of 14kg/667m2,aeration is deep ploughing,and the ratio of grass to wood is 1:3.
