Non-coding RNA plays an indispensable role in the growth and development of organisms.Instead of translating into proteins,they regulate the expression of corresponding target genes at the transcriptional,post-transcriptional and translational levels[1].Recent studies have shown that ncRNAS are widely involved in plant vegetative growth,reproductive development,stress response and other physiological processes,so they have gradually become one of the research hotspots[2].Rice is an important food crop and one of the widely used model plants.Rice is the staple food of nearly half of the world's population.In addition to food,rice can also be fermented to make wine and sugar.Rice plays an important role in genome research and agricultural production[4].·In eukaryotes,RNA polymerases play the role of transcriptional genes,thus becoming one of the necessary conditions for gene expression.The physiological functions of the three RNA polymerases are different:rRNA is specifically transcribed by RNA polymerase ?;The mRNA and some of the micronucleus RNA are transcribed by RNA polymerase ?;The transcription of 5SrRNA,tRNA and U6 micronucleus RNA is performed by RNA polymerase ?,the transcription process of which is little understood[5].In this study,the expression characteristics of OsR126 ncRNA,OsR142 ncRNA and OsR149 ncRNA transcribed by RNA polymerase ? in rice were analyzed by using northern and RT-PCR biochemistry methods.The results showed that OsR126 ncRNA and OsR142 ncRNA were expressed in large quantities in rice seedling leaves and responded to NaCl stress.OsR149 ncRNA was largely expressed in roots and leaves at seedling stage,and SA and ABA stress promoted the expression of OsR149 ncRNA.The breeding of high quality salt-tolerant rice varieties is an urgent requirement of agricultural production.Exploring the physiological,biochemical and metabolic activities and tolerance mechanism of salt-tolerant rice under salt stress is a necessary condition of salt-tolerant rice breeding.To this end,arabidopsis thaliana was overexpressed by OsR126 ncRNA and OsR142 ncRNA,and the relationship between OsR126 ncRNA and OsR142 ncRNA and salt stress was analyzed.This project will play an active role in the discovery and research of new non-coding RNAs in rice.
