| The Kadsura coccinea is a more common medicinal plant in the folk and is a woody evergreen vine wild plant of the genus Schisandra.The research of Kadsura coccinea at home and abroad mainly analyzes its chemical composition and its corresponding activities.The research on the flowering biology of Kadsura coccinea has not been reported at home and abroad.The purpose of this thesis is to systematically study the external morphological characteristics and internal differences of the six excellent Kadsura coccinea single plant flowers from the bud stage,bud stage,color development stage to petal expansion stage,and fill the Kadsura coccinea flower habits and morphological features.And further enriched the biological information of plants,provided a theoretical basis for the study of biological characteristics of Kadsura coccinea,and provided a reference for the development and utilization of Kadsura coccinea.Methods Six fine varieties of Pink No.1,Green No.2,Changguo No.3,Bingbai No.4,Dahong No.5 and Zihong No.6 were screened in the wild in the Kadsura coccinea planting area,and the morphological characteristics and structural differences among the six varieties were compared and analyzed.Conclusion The size of the Kadsura coccinea flower increases in order from the bud stage,bud stage,color stage,and unfolding stage,and there are significant differences.Among the six excellent single plants,the largest flower bud size of the six varieties is Changguo 3;the average longest flowering stage is the fine single plant Pink 1,with a value of 10.46 mm.Bingbai No.4,with a value of 7.82 mm;the stamens of the six excellent individual plants,Changguo No.3,were the longest,reaching 9.12 mm;and there were no significant differences in the width of the petioles in the six periods of the six excellent individual plants.1.During the development period,the sizes of the six fine single flowers of Kadsura coccinea Pink 1,Bingbai 4,Dahong 5,Changguo 3,Green 2,and Zihong 6 range from 50.21 to 55.06 mm,45.02 to 51.09.mm,42.43 to 63.21 mm,39.80 to 55.10 mm,42.55 to 57.23 mm,43.63 to 44.03 mm.2.During the development period,the average length of the Kadsura coccinea pink No.1 was the largest,with a maximum value of 53.17 mm,and the purple red No.6 was the smallest,with a minimum value of 39.80 mm;The smallest number was 34.21 mm.There were no significant differences in the flower bud size of the six fine individual plants at the bud stage;the largest red 5 was the largest among the other bud plants at the bud stage.The size of the Kadsura coccinea flower increased from the bud stage,bud stage,color stage,and unfolding stage.During these four stages,the flower buds grew most rapidly during the bud stage.Among them,the growth rate of the excellent single plant Dahong No.5 The largest,the maximum is 47.69%,the smallest of Zihong 6 is 36.20%;the growth is relatively slow during the color development period,and the growth rate of Bingbai 4 is the smallest,the minimum is 14.65%,and the growth rate of Pink 1 is the largest,Is 28.68%.3.In the four periods,the largest average flower bud size of the six excellent individual plants was Changguo No.3.From the bud stage to the expanded stage,the values were:9.45 to 28.72 mm long,and the smallest average length was Green 2 is 24.32 mm long. |
