Design And Research Of Periodic Fiber Separator Used In Laboratory

Fiber separator is a kind of equipment that breaks down wood chip raw material into fiber.Wood fiber is one of the important monomers of wood utilization in forestry engineering.It is of great practical value to design wood fiber separation equipment in laboratory.At present,the existing market fiber separator body is large,mostly used in production,but not suitable for the school laboratory.Therefore,this paper designs a lab-used periodic fiber separator,which has the characteristics of small volume,adjustable separation parameters,complete fiber separation function and meets the experimental requirements.In this paper,the transmission structure of the traditional fiber separating equipment is used,the grinding room is redesigned,the overall scheme of the equipment is designed based on AutoCAD and Solidworks software Top-down,and the design of the main shaft system and the grinding room structure is emphasized,through 3D modeling,Solid Assembly,Inspection Interference and other design checks;using finite element software analysis of key parts to make equipment meet the strength and stiffness requirements;using Abaqus to analyze the wood chips in the mill room in two shear ways,the maximum shear strength of wood chips in the grinding chamber was determined.At the same time,based on the cohesive element method,a python script is used to insert the bonding unit into the wood chips to simulate the initial crushing state of the wood chips.This paper mainly studies the grinding structure of the periodic fiber separator used in the laboratory.The fiber separator takes the impeller as the rotor,installs the grinding teeth through the outer edge of the impeller,inserts the static grinding teeth in the cylinder wall,and drives the wood piece by centrifugal force,the wood chips are ground by complex forces such as extrusion,shearing and so on to separate the fibers.The work of this paper provides the theoretical basis and design basis for the processing of fiber separator in laboratory,and has certain reference significance for the research and development of related laboratory equipment.
