The heat stress in summer has caused huge losses to the chicken industry in Anhui Province,which has become more prominent under the influence of today's increasingly serious greenhouse effect.The experiment aims to investigate to the role of the roof sunshade insulation and the addition of Chinese and Western medicine prescription in the feed on the heat stress of white-feathered broilers in summer.explore a low-carbon,green and environmentally friendly method to alleviate broilers heat stress for Anhui farmers.1447-day-old white-feathered broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups?3 replicates for each group?.The roof of group?and?was not sunshaded and insulated.The roof of groups?and?was covered with composite aluminum foil perforated polyester cotton and double-layer black shading nets were erected.Chinese and Western drugs were added in the basal diet of broilers in groups?and?,while the broilers were only fed with basal diet in Group?and?.The Chinese and Western medicine prescription include:traditional Chinese prescription?1%?+Vitamin C?200 mg/kg?+Sodium Bicarbonate?0.3%?+?-aminobutyric acid?100 mg/kg?.The experiment lasted 21 days.Daily feed consumption of broilers in each group were counted,and the temperature and humidity in the two houses were recorded at 8:00,14:00 and 20:00 every day.Broilers were weighed and their body temperature were measured regularly,and serum was collected for the detection of biochemical,antioxidant,immune and heat stress related indicators.At the end of the experiment,6 broilers from each group were randomly selected and weighed,then dissected,the bursa and spleen were weighed,and the immune organ index was calculated.Results were as follows:Compared with the chicken house without sunshade insulation,the indoor temperature,temperature and humidity index of the sunshade insulation chicken house was lower,but the relative humidity was higher.Compared with the control group?group??:the feed-weight ratio of broilers in groups?from 8 to 14 days and the feed-weight ratio of broilers in the three test groups from 15 to 21 days were significantly reduced?P<0.01?.On the 7th day,the serum HSP70 of broilers in the three test groups was significantly reduced?P<0.01?,the activity of GSH-Px was significantly reduced?P<0.05?,the serum K+of group?was significantly increased?P<0.05?,IFN-?and TNF-Alpha pole increased significantly?P<0.01?,while T-AOC and NO decreased significantly?P<0.01?.On the 14th day,the serum IFN-?and TNF-?concentration of broilers in group?increased significantly?P<0.01?,MDA concentration significantly decreased?P<0.01?,and Ca2+concentration decreased significantly?P<0.05?.The serum cortisol level and GSH-Px activity of broilers in group III were significantly reduced?P<0.01?,NO concentration was significantly reduced?P<0.05?.The serum concentration of HSP70,cortisol,MDA,NO,Ca2+,CRE and GSH-Px activity of broilers in group?were significantly reduced?P<0.01?,ALT level was significantly decreased?P<0.05?,while the concentration of IL-2,IFN-?,TNF-?,Cl-,K+and SOD activity were significantly increased?P<0.01?,Serum p H value and GLB concentration increased significantly?P<0.05?.On the 21st day,the HSP70,Ca2+,P concentration and A/G ratio in the broilers serum of the three test groups were significantly reduced?P<0.01?,and the Ig G concentration and SOD activity were significantly increased?P<0.01?.The serum BUN concentrations of broilers in group?were significantly reduced?P<0.01?,and the concentrations of GLB and Cl-were significantly increased?P<0.05?.The serum Ig A and Cl-concentrations of broilers in group?were significantly reduced?P<0.05?,GSH-Px activity decreased significantly?P<0.05?.In group?,serum Ig A,Na+and Cl-concentrations were significantly increased?P<0.01?,serum p H value and GLB levels were significantly increased?P<0.05?,and the bursa index was significantly increased?P<0.05?,while The activities of GSH-Px,T-AOC and the levels of NO and BUN decreased significantly?P<0.01?.Conclusion:The roof shading and heat insulation or the addition of Chinese and Western medicine prescription in the feed can alleviate the heat stress of white-feathered broilers in summer,improve their production performance,antioxidant performance and immune performance.The combination of these two methods is better than alone.
