The feasibility of replacing part of brown fish meal with soy protein concentrate(SPC)in aquafeed was verified in this article, using adult-Yellow Catfish and Penaeus Vannamei as research objects.1.The exploration of SPC to replace part of brown fish meal in the feed of adult-Yellow CatfishBy designing three groups of feeds with different ratios of SPC instead of brown fish meal, the effects of different substitution levels of SPC on the growth, feed utilization and blood index of adult-Yellow Catfish were explored. In this experiment,SPC,brown fish meal, cotton meal and soybean meal were used as main protein sources, flour as sugar source, soybean oil and fish oil as fat source, vitamin premix and mineral premix were added, and methionine and lysine were added to prepare three kinds of feed of equal protein and equal fat.To improve the appetite, squid paste was added to the experimental group. The substitution levels of soy protein concentrate for brown fish meal were set at 0%,28.5% and 57%,respectively.The experiment numbers were set as: P0,P1 and P2.P0 was used as the control group feed, and P1 and P2 were used as the experimental group feed.In the feeding trial,360 experimental fish with initial body weight of(56.0 ± 0.2)g were selected and randomly divided into three groups, each group was divided into four parallel groups, the aquaculture trial lasted eight weeks. The experiment results showed that there was no significant distinction in body color and shape among the groups(P>0.05).The survival rate of three groups of yellow catfish was 100%,and there was no significant distinction among the groups(P>0.05).In terms of total food intake, weight gain rate and specific growth rate,P0 was slightly higher than P1 and P2 groups, but there was no significant distinction among the groups(P>0.05).In terms of protein efficiency and feed coefficient, there was no significant distinction among the groups(P>0.05).There were no significant distinctions in the water, crude ash and crude protein content of whole fish among the groups(P>0.05);while the crude fat content among P0,P1 and P2 showed a decreasing trend, but there was no significant distinction among the groups(P>0.05).The visceral body ratio of the P1 group was slightly higher than the P2 group and the P0 group, but there was no significant distinction among the P0,P1 and P2 groups(P>0.05),and there was no significant distinction among the P0,P1 and P2 groups in the liver body ratio and the index of fullness(P>0.05).There was no significant distinction in the indexes of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT)and glutamic oxalacetic transaminase(GOT)among the groups(P>0.05).On the indexes of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and total antioxidant capacity(TOC),there was a decreasing trend in the P0,P1 and P2 groups(P>0.05),but there was no significant distinction among the groups(P>0.05).2.The exploration of SPC to replace part of brown fish meal in the feed of Penaeus VannameiBy designing three groups of feeds with different ratios of SPC instead of brown fish meal, the effects of different substitution levels of SPC on the growth, feed utilization and blood index of Penaeus Vannamei were explored. In this experiment,SPC,brown fish meal, chicken powder and soybean meal were used as main protein sources, flour as sugar source, fish oil and lecithin powder as fat source, vitamin premix and mineral premix were added, and methionine and lysine were added to prepare 3 kinds of feed of equal protein and equal fat.To improve the appetite, squid paste was added to the experimental group. The substitution levels of SPC for brown fish meal were set at 0%,28.5% and 57%,respectively.The experiment numbers were set as: M0,M1 and M2.M0 was used as the control group feed, and M1 and M2 were used as the experimental group feed.In the feeding trial,l960 experimental shrimps with initial body weight of(3.0 ± 0.1)g were selected and randomly divided into three groups, each group was divided into four parallel groups, the aquaculture trial lasted eight weeks. The experiment results showed that there were no significant distinctions in survival rate and specific growth rate among the groups(P>0.05);the weight gain rate and protein efficiency of M1 group were the highest, but there was no significant distinction with M0 and M2 groups(P>0.05);M0,M1 and M2 showed a decreasing trend in feed coefficient, but there was no significant distinction among the groups(P>0.05).There were no significant distinctions in the water, crude fat and crude protein content of shrimp among the groups(P>0.05);while the crude ash index of M0,M1 and M2 showed a decreasing trend, but there was no significant distinction among the groups(P>0.05).There was no significant distinction in the indexes of GPT among the groups(P>0.05).M0,M1 and M2 showed an increasing trend on the GOT index, and a decreasing trend on the TAC index, but there was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05).On the indexes of SOD,there was a decreasing trend in the M0,M1 and M2 groups, but there was significant distinction among the groups(P< 0.05).In conclusion,in this study, when the proportion of SPC replacing brown fish meal was controlled within 57%,the index of growth and body composition of adult-Yellow Catfish and Penaeus Vannamei were not significantly affected(P>0.05).With the increase of substitution ratio, the blood index of adult-Yellow Catfish was not significantly affected(P>0.05),but SOD in blood index of Penaeus Vannamei was significantly affected(P<0.05),other blood indicators were not significantly affected, and the health level of Penaeus Vannamei showed a decreasing trend with the increase of substitution ratio.
