to compare and study the differences in production performance,egg quality,apparent digestive enzymes and nutrient apparent metabolic ratio and immune function of different feather-speed Taihang chickens,and provide a reference for the reasonable utilization of Taihang chickens.In the experiment,100 healthy and newborn Taihang chickens were selected and divided into a fast-feather group and a slow-feather group.Each group consisted of 4 replicates and each replicate contained 25 chickens.Under the same feeding and management conditions,the production performance,egg quality,main digestive enzymes and apparent metabolic ratio of nutrients,immune function and other indicators were measured and analyzed.The test period is 500 days.The results showed that:(1)Production performance:The 6-week-old fast-feather group was 6.51%higher than the slow-feather group(P<0.01),and the 14-week and 20-week-old groups were 0.54%and 0.28%higher than the slow-feather group,respectively.Significant difference;6-week-old fast-feather group had 3.45%longer tibia length than slow-feather group(P<0.05),14-week-old and 20-week-old group had 1.27%and 1.22%longer than slow-feather group(P>0.05).The body weight and tibia length of the fast feather group and the slow feather group were extremely significantly positively correlated(P<0.01).The average daily weight gain of the 0~6 week age group in the fast feather group was 7.38%higher than that in the slow feather group(P<0.01),and the 7-14 week age and 15-20 week age were 3.57%and 0.47%lower than the slow feather group(P>0.05);the average daily feed intake at 0-6 weeks of age is 4.94%higher in the fast feather group than the slow feather group(P<0.05),and the 7-14 week and 15-20 week ages are 0.21%and 0.01%higher than the slow feather group,respectively.(P>0.05),there is no significant difference;the feed-weight ratio is not significant at each stage.The daily feed intake of 0~6 weeks old fast feather group was significantly positively correlated with feed-weight ratio(P<0.05),and the daily weight gain of 15-20 weeks old was significantly negatively correlated with feed-weight ratio(P<0.01);slow In the feather group,the daily weight gain and feed weight ratio at 7 to 14 weeks of age were extremely significantly negatively correlated(P<0.01),and the daily feed intake and feed weight ratio were significantly positively correlated(P<0.05)at 15 to 20 weeks of age.The weight-to-feed ratio is significantly negatively correlated(P<0.05).The slow-feather group had a age of first egg that was 3.06 days later than the fast-feather group(P<0.05),the body weight of first egg was 2.12%higher than the fast-feather group(P>0.05),and egg weight of first egg was 0.82%higher than the fast-feather group(P>0.05),the slow-feather group with a 500-day-old egg yield was 3.86%higher than the fast-feather group(P<0.05).The egg production rate of the slow feather group was 4.81%higher than that of the fast feather group(P<0.05),and the average egg weight and daily feed intake were 0.96%higher(P>0.05)and 2.13%higher than the fast feather group(P>0.05)),the feed egg is 3.46%lower than the fast feather group(P>0.05).(2)Egg quality:Hastelloy unit of egg protein in slow feather group is 3.10%higher than that in fast feather group(P<0.05),egg yolk color is 5.19%higher than fast feather group(P<0.05),no other egg quality index group Significant differences.(3)Digestive function:the apparent metabolic rate of crude fat,crude protein,calcium and phosphorus nutrients in the 6-week-old slow feather group was 0.91%(P>0.05),6.57%(P<0.05),2.70 lower than the fast feather group%(P>0.05)and 3.44%(P>0.05),the crude fiber and coarse ash slow feather group were 0.83%(P>0.05)and 2.60%(P>0.05)higher than the fast feather group respectively.There was no significant difference in the apparent metabolic rate of nutrients at 43 weeks of age.At 6 weeks of age,duodenum and jejunum lipase activity in the fast feather group was 2.33%(P>0.05)and 3.38%(P>0.05)higher than the slow feather group;duodenal and jejunal trypsin activity in the fast feather group The slower feather group was 5.70%higher(P<0.05)and 2.71%(P<0.05)respectively;the duodenal and jejunal amylase activity fast feather group was 4.07%higher(P>0.05)and 1.81%respectively than the slower feather group(P>0.05);the cecal cellulase activity in the fast feather group was 1.25%lower than that in the slow feather group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the activity of main digestive enzymes between the 43-week-old fast feather group and the slow feather group(P>0.05).(4)Immune function:The 6-week-old fast-feather group has a thymus index 8.56%higher than the slow-feather group(P<0.05);the 8-week-old blood IgM fast-feather group is 20.53%higher than the slow-feather group(P<0.01);Xincheng The level of epidemic antibody was 9.85%higher in the fast feather group than in the slow feather group(P<0.05);the total protein,albumin,lysozyme,IgA and IgG contents were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).The 43-week-old Newcastle disease antibody level was 2.86%higher in the fast feather group than the slow feather group(P>0.05).In summary:the growth rate of Taihang chickens in the fast feather group of 0-6 weeks old is faster,the growth rate of the slow feather group of 7-14 weeks old is gradually accelerated,and there is no significant difference between the ages of 15-20 weeks;The egg production rate is higher and the egg quality is better;the apparent metabolic rate of crude protein in the fast-feathering group is significantly higher than that in the slow-feathering group,and there is no significant difference between the 43-week-old nutrient apparent metabolic rate groups;The intestinal and jejunal trypsin activity was higher in the Kuaiyu group and the digestion function was better.The 0-8 week old fast feather group had higher levels of main immune indicators
