This study evaluated the feeding value of different varieties of oats, whole plant corn and sorghum silage by nylon bag technology, discussed the suitable varieties of oats, whole plant corn and sorghum silage for planting in Hebei Province, and screend out the different fineness-to-roughness ratio conditions in vitro. The optimal combination ratio of oat silage instead of oat grass provided data basis and theoretical support for the use of roughage. The first part was the rumen degradation characteristics of different roughage silage. The nylon bag method were used to evaluate the conventional nutrient content and DM,CP,NDF,3 varieties of oat grass,3 varieties of whole plant corn,2 varieties of sweet sorghum before and after silaging(60d)The rumen-degradation characteristics of ADF are discussed for oats,whole-plant corn and sorghum silage varieties suitable for cultivation in Hebei Province. The results show that:1)The conventional nutrients of oats, whole plant corn and sweet sorghum were significantly different.Silage treatment was increased the CP,NPN,EE content of oat grass, whole plant corn and sweet sorghum, and significantly reduced the content of NDF and ADF.Among the same type of feed, the Bayou-3 silage had the highest CP,NPN and EE content, the lowest ADF content, and the Zhangyou-13 silage had the lowest NDF content;Corn-7377 silage had the highest CP content,corn-7367 silage had the highest NPN content,corn-7367 silage and corn-7377 silage had significantly lower NDF and ADF than corn-7387;the content of CP,NPN,and EE in Juneng sweet sorghum silage was higher than that in Dalong. The content of NDF and ADF in sweet sorghum silage was lower than that in Dalong sweet sorghum silage.Based on the content of conventional nutrients,in the same type of feeds in this experiment, oat Bayou-3,corn-7637,and Juneng sweet sorghum pairs had better nutrient content.2)Before silage treatment, among oat grasses,Bayou-3 had the highest effective digestibility of DM,CP and ADF;among the whole plant corn, the effective digestibility of DM of corn-7367 was higher than that of corn-7377 and corn-7387,while corn-7377 The effective digestibility of CP was higher than that of corn-7367 and corn-7387;between the two types of sweet sorghum, the effective digestibility of CP,NDF and ADF of Juneng sweet sorghum were significantly higher than that of Dalong sweet sorghum. After the silage treatment, compared with the same feed before silage, the rapidly degraded proportion of DM,CP,NDF and ADF of oat grass, whole plant corn and sweet sorghum partly increased, while the slowly degraded proportion part decreased,DM,CP,NDF and ADF were effective The effective digestibility is significantly improved. The effective digestibility of DM of Zhangyou-13 silage and Bayou-3 silage was higher than that of H44 silage, and the effective digestibility of CP of Bayou-3 silage was significantly higher than that of H44 and Zhangyou-13 silage; The effective digestibility of DM,CP and NDF was significantly higher than that of corn-7387 silage, the effective digestibility of ADF of corn-7377 silage was significantly higher than that of corn-7367 silage and corn-7387 silage;the effective digestibility of CP,NDF and ADF of giant energy sweet sorghum silage was significantly higher Yu Dalong sweet sorghum. The comprehensive results show that the silage treatment can well preserve the nutrients in the feed and significantly increase the rumen effective digestibility of DM,CP,NDF and ADF in oat grass, whole plant corn and sweet sorghum. In the same type of feed in this experiment,Oat Bayou-3 and corn-7637,Juneng Sweet Sorghum are more suitable for planting in Hebei Province. The second part was the study of the optimal feed combination effect(oat silage instead of oat hay). The purpose of the experiment was to study the optimal combination ratio of different corn dry straw, oat silage, oat hay under different fine-to-thickness ratios. The roughage was set with corn stalks:(oat silage:oat grass)for four treatments:0:100,15:85,30:70,45:55.In each treatment, oat silage:0:100,20:80,40:60,60:40,80:20,100:0 eight treatments, three repeats for each treatment.Three Holstein fistula steers were selected as rumen fluid donor animals, and the feed combination was evaluated by the in vitro gas production method. The results show that:1)The pH,NH3-N,DMD and MCP of different feed combinations were significantly different. As the level of concentrate increases, the pH and DMD were increased.2)Under the condition of the same fine-to-thickness ratio, with the increase of the proportion of corn dry straw, the gas production of oat silage:oat grass combinations showed a certain upward trend;with the increase of the concentrate level, the gas production of each combination also increased.3)The TVFA of different feed combinations was different. As the level of concentrate increases, acetic acid had a certain downward trend, propionic acid and TVFA increased, and acetic acid/propionic acid decreased.4)When no concentrate was added,30%dry corn straw was added to the coarse material, oat silage:when oat grass was 80:20,the effect of multiple combinations of mixed feed was best;when 20%concentrate was added,45%dry corn was added to the coarse material Straw, oat silage:When the oat grass was80:20,the effect of multiple combinations of mixed feed was the best;when 40%concentrate was added,30%corn dry straw was added to the coarse material, oat silage:oat grass 40:60,the effect of multiple combinations of mixed feed was the best. The effect of multiple combinations was the best;when 60%concentrate was added,30%dry corn stalks were added to the coarse material, oat silage:oat grass 100:0,the effect of multiple combinations of mixed feed was the best.
