According to the occurrence of rice pests in shou county of Huainan City in 2019,a green control plan for rice pests control in shou county was formulated,Giving priority to both prevention and control,and paying close attention to the critical period of prevention and control.Making priority to the use of pest-resistant rice,biological control and other green control measures.Taking advantage of natural enemies and small amount pesticides.Strictly abide by the requirements of food security,ecological health and sustainable development of agriculture.The main results are as follows:1.Preliminary identification of 26 species of rice pests in shou county,Huainan City in 2019,belonging to 6 orders and 15 families,and 16 species of natural enemies in rice fields,belonging to 3 classes,6 orders and 12 families;Laodelphax striatellus,Sogatella furcifera,Nilaparvata lugens,Chilo supperessalis Walker and Cnaphalocrocis medinalis Guenee were the most harmful pests which were the key target for prevention and control.Chloethrips oryzae,Scotinophara lurida and Oxya chinensis were frequent pests that can cause significant damage in some towns.The occurrence of Sesamia inferens Walker had a rising trend.2.The occurrence of rice planthopper in shou county,Huainan City in 2019 was relatively light,and the control index has not been met;the Cnaphalocrocis medinalis Guenee mainly damaged rice in the 5th generation,and tended to increase in the 6th generation;Chilo supperessalis Walker mainly harmed rice in the 2nd and 3rd generation,but the damage degree was declining.The period of pest damage to rice was roughly divided into three stages:Chloethrips oryzae were mainly from the seedling stage to the early tiller stage,which affect the growth of rice seedlings;the tiller stage and the booting breakage to the filling stage were mainly affected by rice planthopper,Cnaphalocrocis medinalis Guenee,Chilo supperessalis.The latter stage was the critical period for the prevention and control of rice pests,because the impact of pests on rice was more significant in the stage.Although there are many types of natural enemies in rice fields,the control effect were not obvious under natural conditions.Therefore,in the green pest control technology system of rice fields,not only should we pay attention to the protection and utilization of natural natural enemies,but we should also take artificial release to supplement highly efficient natural enemies.3.The scientific combination of 7%avermectin,chlorantraniliprole(Liangtai(?)),22.2%thiamethoxam·jing metalaxyl·fludioxonil(Maishuping(?)),and 25%thiamethoxam(Aketai(?))could solve the main pest problems of rice.Among them:when the application amount of Liangtai(?)was 40 m1/667 m2,it has the best control effect on Chilo supperessalis and Cnaphalocrocis medinalis;Maishuping not only had the best control effect on Chloethrips oryzae,but also promote the growth of rice at the seedling stage of rice;when the application amount of Aketai(?)was 4 g/667 m2,it had an outstanding control effect on rice planthopper,with fast control efficay and a long duration.In addition,the rice had a high price-performance ratio after being used for many times in a season,and the economic benefits were more considerable.The income per 667 m2 was roughly 178 yuan more than that of the self-administered medicine area,and it can meet the strategic goal of reducing the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers advocated by the Ministry of Agriculture of China,and was suitable for large-scale promotion and application on rice.4.The overall control effect of the target rice pests should exceed 85%,and the control rate of important pests should exceed 90%,reducing the damage rate of pests to less than 3%,the use of chemical pesticides should achieve zero growth,and professional control The area reaches more than 40%.The principle of rice plant diseases and insect pests prevention and control based on "prevention at seedling stage,relaxation at tillering stage,and protection at earing stage" were formulated.Based on agricultural prevention and control measures,the selection of resistant varieties,optimization of farming systems,physical and chemical inducement control,biological environmentally friendly prevention and control measures,such as prevention and control,improve the resistance of rice field ecosystems to pests and diseases;do accurate pest occurrence prediction work,scientifically and rationally use high-efficiency,low-toxicity,and low-risk pesticides,control important pests,and control regular and secondary occurrences pests were the goal,to promote the combination of green control and professional defense and rule to ensure the efficiency and ecological safety of green rice in paddy fields.We have developed a non-chemical control technology based,through accurate measurement and forecasting,to seize the critical period,scientific and reasonable use of chemical pesticides as a supplementary green rice pest control technology.
