Study On Prevention And Control Of Pine Wilt Disease In Hangzhou

Pine wilt disease is a worldwide quarantine disease.Zhejiang province is one of the most serious provinces in China,which has important impact on scenic resources in Westlake scenic spot.In order to prevent and control pine wood nematode disease effectively,the pure pine forest and coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest(more than 5:5)were selected and the ways of dead tree cleaning,perforated injection,powder spraying agent,trappers and trapping agents and biological control were carried out.The results showed that:(1)the rate of dead tree cleaning was lower than that of uncleaned tree control area,(2)the control effect of 3%methyl retinoid pine wood nematode was the best that produced by Hangzhou Linyuan Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.,followed by 5%acetamiprid(Baosuling)produced by Zhejiang Sendebao Biological products Co.,Ltd.(3)the mortality rate of 1%thiaprophyrin microcapsule that produced by Kesen was higher than 92.5%,followed by 3%thiaprophyrin powder produced by Sendapo,(4)the natural attractant F1 and D-1 entrapment were better.The results showed that the recovery rates of Fuyang,Linan and Chun’an were 23.76%(F1 12.09%,SDB11.67%),23.13%(F1,12.92%SDB 10.21%)and 28.38%(F1 12.43%SDB 15.95%)respectively.In the end,the recovery rate of F1 was 12.48%,and the recovery rate of SDB was 12.61%.The whole process of SDB needed to change 12 times by trapping core,only 2 times for F1.(5)there were no good results in the prevention and cure of Coptis crassifolia and Flos mandshurica.According to the occurrence status of pine wood nematode and the characteristics of prevention and control measures,the pine forest was divided into four types:key control area,key prevention area,key protection area and general prevention area.The main control area is to use powder spraying method to control Pinochamnus mandshurica.The prevention and control techniques such as dry-injection and dry-spraying and booby-trap were applied in the key prevention areas and protected areas,and the monitoring techniques of Pinochamnus lanceolata and pine wood nematodes were used to detect them in the common prevention areas.
