Design And Implementation Of The Hardware Of The Intelligent Terminal System For Greenhouse Monitoring

With the rapid development of modern science and technology in greenhouse facilities agriculture,the scale of modern greenhouse control facilities is increasing,the types are diverse,and the difficulty of network management and large-scale greenhouse management is increasing.The application of mechatronics technology,sensor technology,port communication technology and computer technology in the greenhouse control system has enabled the greenhouse control system to continuously improve the level of mechatronics and artificial intelligence,which has become the main trend of the development of modern greenhouse control systems.Based on the demonstration of the characteristics of complex greenhouse microclimate environment and project implementation plan,this paper puts forward the overall design scheme of greenhouse monitoring intelligent terminal system.The system adopts a networked design structure,which mainly includes an intelligent terminal controller with a microcontroller TM4C1230E6 PM as the core,an environmental factor acquisition instrument and a human-machine interaction interface;the controller acquires a sampling instrument sensor array through an RS485 bus and a related communication protocol.Information;the port communication protocol is completed on the basis of embedded LWIP Ethernet communication protocol,and the data monitoring center exchanges information with each subsystem through RS485 bus to realize greenhouse control management.The human-computer interaction interface is completed by the real-time monitoring and intervention of the greenhouse environment climate,and the information exchange between the monitoring center and the system main controller.The greenhouse environmental factor change data collected by the greenhouse monitoring intelligent terminal system is a powerful data support for the monitoring center to ensure that the greenhouse crop growth is in an optimal living environment.After running tests,the system meets the design requirements to meet actual production needs.
