General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Industrial revitalization is the foundation of rural revitalization.This paper focuses on serving the " Issues of agriculture,farmer and rural area " and "industry revitalization",facing the demand for precision services from agricultural government departments and farmers,focusing on the difficulty of gathering information caused by multi-sectoral cultivation,weak support for government decision-making services,and difficulty for farmers to obtain information Regarding other issues,relying on the “One Map” project for the revitalization of various cities and villages,the fusion and processing methods of planting thematic data were studied;the soil nutrient abundance analysis was conducted;the planting thematic database was constructed;and the GIS-based planting information management was designed and implemented And service system,the main research content and results are as follows:(1)Research on multi-source heterogeneous planting data fusion and processing methods.Aiming at the problems of diverse data sources,scattered and isolated information,difficulty in spatialization and difficulty in extraction in agricultural information services,the multisource heterogeneous data related to agricultural information services uses data source format conversion methods,structured data extraction technology,and geographical name addresses Matching technology,geocoding technology,spatial correlation technology and GIS technology are quickly integrated,and the processed data is managed in a mixed mode.(2)Analysis of soil nutrient abundance.Through descriptive statistical analysis,exploratory data analysis,and correlation analysis between the data of soil pH,total nitrogen,alkali-decomposed nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium,and organic matter indicators in various cities,the geographic information system software ArcGIS The common Kriging method and the collaborative Kriging method interpolation method are used to compare and cross-fit each fitting parameter,select the appropriate interpolation model and adjust the parameters,and study the spatial characteristics of soil nutrients in various cities;The nutrient grading index obtained the soil nutrient distribution map,which provides a basis for precise fertilization;Through the integration of geographic data and agricultural data distributed in 17 business departments such as the Agriculture and Rural Bureau and the Natural Resources Bureau,a special database for cultivation has been constructed,which mainly includes planting type,soil type,soil nutrients,water conservancy facilities,agricultural experts,agricultural enterprises,cooperatives,family farms,agricultural product prices,policy and regulatory information,etc.(4)Designed and implemented a GIS-based planting information management and service system.Based on GIS spatial analysis,responsive framework and other technologies,we designed and implemented a GIS-based planting information management and service system,which mainly realized planting information,agricultural policies and regulations,agricultural technology services,labor,agricultural product supply and demand,agricultural product market prices Information retrieval,statistical analysis,decision application and other functions of agricultural subsidies,agricultural material services and other information.Through the browser and WeChat public account,we provide growers with the whole crop planting from the circulation of land before planting,the selection of crop varieties,the purchase of production materials during the planting process,the guidance of agricultural technology,labor,the sale of agricultural products after harvest,the market Information services for the entire life cycle,through analysis and visual display of the planting layout and structure of various cities,soil fertility,rainfall,agricultural capital enterprises,agricultural modernization machinery,etc.,to adjust the planting structure for agricultural management departments,optimize the industrial layout,agriculture and rural areas Provide scientific basis for policy formulation and guidance for farmers to plant.The system has served 17 government departments in Zhucheng,more than 200,000 farmers,and more than 1,000 family farms.The application of the system is of great significance to promote the implementation of the strategy of rural industry promotion.
