Kelp,a large edible algae,is suitable for growing in seawater with low water temperature.Kelp is rich in various amino acids, vitamins, minerals, trace elements, and also contains many unknown growth factors,is a food with high nutritional value. It has been found through research that kelp also has various biological functions such as lowering blood fat, lowering blood sugar, regulating immunity,anticoagulation,anti-tumor,expelling lead and detoxifying, and antioxidant. The large-scale cultivation of kelp in China provides strong support for the development and utilization of kelp.Using kelp fermented feed can not only solve the problem of kelp overproduction, but also broaden the range of raw materials for feed.Oligosaccharide type fermented feed uses microbial fermentation technology to decompose the macromolecular protein and crude fiber in roughage to produce small molecular peptides and polysaccharides, which can effectively make the main nutrients in roughage such as crude fiber and pectin. It is quickly transformed in the intestines of animals to achieve the best nutritional effect of enhancing the absorption and utilization of feed, and also allows animals to effectively supplement nutrients such as protein and amino acids that are easily lacking in feed such as crude fiber. This article studies the preparation of oligosaccharide-type kelp fermented feed and its application in aquaculture, with the aim of providing a high-quality feed for aquaculture.Firstly, through the single factor experiment, the effects of different softener types, reaction temperature, reaction time and kelp block size on the softening process of fresh kelp were discussed.Through a single factor experiment, the best process conditions for fresh kelp softening were obtained, that is,the fresh kelp was cut into small pieces no longer than 2cm,sodium bicarbonate with a total mass of 1.5% was added, and the temperature was stirred at 45 ? for 1h under constant temperature. This experimental condition The kelp pulp can reach 95% through a 100 mesh sieve, which is suitable for the next enzymatic hydrolysis.Next, this paper has studied the process of enzymatic hydrolysis of kelp pulp, and conducted experiments on the effects of temperature, stirring speed, enzymatic hydrolysis time, and the amount of crude enzyme solution added on the enzymatic hydrolysis effect. The experiment proves that the best enzymolysis process of kelp pulp is: at 35 ?,add the crude alginate lyase crude enzyme solution with a total mass of 3%,and stir at 180 r / min for 3h to complete the enzymatic hydrolysis of kelp pulp.Under this enzymatic hydrolysis condition, the enzymatic hydrolysis rate of algin can reach up to 68%,with good degradation effect, low viscosity of enzymolysis solution, good fluidity, and it can be well mixed with nutrient dry auxiliary materials without being too high in viscosity Cause clumps. In order to prepare oligosaccharide-type fermented feed, this paper studies the solid-state fermentation process. The role of Bacillus,Lactobacillus and Yeast in the fermentation process of kelp feed was analyzed, and their ability to affect the biological titer of feed was investigated.According to the characteristics of probiotics, the effects of temperature, inoculation amount, fermentation time, and moisture content of fermentation substrate on solid state fermentation were carried out by the method of single factor experiment. The optimal process conditions of kelp solid fermentation were determined: the activated yeast, bacillus, and lactic acid bacteria were inoculated into the fermentation substrate at a 3% inoculation amount, the fermentation temperature was 35?,the fermentation period was 72 h,and the water content before fermentation was 50%.Under this condition, the crude protein content can reach 24%,the amino acid nitrogen content can reach 1.2%,and the p H value is around 4.5.Experiments show that the three probiotics are suitable for fermenting kelp feed, and the three probiotics have a certain synergy of bacteria to provide a variety of nutrients for the feed and improve the biological value of the feed. Finally, the application effect of oligosaccharide type kelp fermented feed additives in abalone culture was studied. The experimental results show that the feeding effect of oligosaccharide-type feed is better than the original feed in promoting the abalone body composition regardless of its growth rate. After being fermented, the kelp sample is not only bright in color and rich in algae aroma, but also balanced in nutrition and rich in various probiotics. After abalone is eaten, the body is healthy and the growth rate is obviously enhanced. The meat of abalone is more compact and delicious, the size is bigger, and the quality has been greatly improved. At the same time, the kelp feed obtained through fermentation can solve the problem of lack of high-quality natural abalone bait and reduce the cost of abalone farming, which has profound significance for promoting the healthy and rapid development of the abalone farming industry.
