Apple grafting is an indispensable technical measure in agricultural production activities such as seedling raising,garden building and variety renewal.It is charact erized by strong seasonal and labor intensity.So far,apple grafting still uses traditi onal manual methods.In order to meet the needs of the development of modern ag riculture and solve the problems of low production efficiency,high labor intensity a nd low survival rate of grafted seedlings,it is urgent to develop and develop a set of high-efficiency grafting equipment integrating machinery and automation.In this paper,the wrapping process of apple grafting was studied and an automatic wrappi ng device for apple grafting was designed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Taking the film wrapping device of apple grafting as the research object,the biological characteristics of apple grafting and the agronomic requirements of film wrapping were studied through consulting relevant data and field investigation.In this way,the grafting method-splitting grafting method,which is suitable for mechanized grafting and has a relatively high survival rate,is determined,and the overall design requirements of the grafting film wrapping device are defined.(2)The key components of the grafting seedling clamping part,slide table module part,grafting film drive part,grafting film tension control part,film breaking part and control system of the grafting film wrapping device were studied.On this basis,the mechanical structure of apple grafting and wrapping device was designed,and a set of grafting and wrapping device based on mechatronics technology was developed by comprehensively applying mechanical and electrical control technology.(3)Combined with the winding angle,the end space trajectory curve of the grafted film was simulated and analyzed,and the trajectory of the wound film was preliminarily determined,which provided a theoretical reference for subsequent prototype tests.Based on the analysis of winding formation and the mechanical structure of grafting film winding device,the control system of grafting film winding device was established by selecting STM32F4 series single chip microcomputer as the main controller.(4)Based on the simulation analysis of film winding trajectory,single factor experiments were carried out on three key factors of translation distance,winding a ngle and film winding tension,and the influence rules on the film winding success rate of the marriage joint,the film winding success rate of the cross section of spi ke wood and the film winding success rate of the bud single layer of spike wood were obtained.The Design-Expert8.06 software was used to carry out orthogonal ex periments of three factors and three levels,and a regression model was established.The optimal working combination of adjustable parameters of grafting and wrapping device was obtained by response of surface analysis.Taking grafted seedlings with r ootstock diameters of 6mm,8mm,10mm and 12mm as test objects,the working pe rformance of the grafted film wrapping device completed by processing and assemb ling was tested and verified.
