The reproductive performance of sows not only reflects the level of comprehensive feeding and management of the farm, but also directly affects the economic benefits of the farm. The external factors that affect sow reproductive performance include feeding management and environmental factors. The sow's parity and reproduction performance of sow each parity directly determine the service life of the sow.Literature reports that sow reproductive performance is affected by environmental factors accounting for 20%of the influcncing factors. However,Investigation and analysis that parity, farrowing season, and high temperature environment during pregnancy and lactation affect the reproduction performance of french white sows of the original species are less in China's pig production. In addition, selecting a gilt that meets the breeding conditions is the first step in the sow breeding process. At present, the conditions for the selection of gilts are mainly body weight, age, backfat, appearance, and non-reproductive diseases in farms, etc, and lack of reference physiological and biochemical parameters for assisted sows selection. In the study of the Polycystic Ovary syndrome(PCOS)of the human fertility disorder, the patients often showed hyperhomocysteinemia(HHCY),hyperandrogenism(mainly Testosterone,T)and glucolipid metabolism disorder. Then whether the sows also have the performance of similar blood biochemical parameters of PCOS.It hasn't been reported whether these physiological and biochemical parameters in blood of gilts are related to their subsequent reproductive performance. Therefore, this study was based on sow breeding data from 2014 to 2017 provided by a sow breeding farm of Jiangsu Maling Animal Husbandry Company Limited,to Analysis and evaluate the number of total litter size per litter and the number of piglets born alive per litter, the number of piglets weaned per litter,litter/Female Year(LFY)per sow,Piglets weaned/sow/year(PSY)of the the french white sow;Analysis of effects of parity, farrowing season and high temperature environment on the reproductive performance of sow to provide suggestions for improving reproductive performance of sows;To compare the differences in blood biochemical indicators(glucose, total cholesterol, triglycerides,T and HCY)between eliminated gilts and normal gilts, and to analyze the correlation between blood biochemical parameters and their subsequent reproductive performance to provide a reference that the physiological and biochemical parameters selected for assisted gilts.1 Sow farm whole reproductive performanceThe breeding data of sows were provided by Jiangsu Maling Animal Husbandry Company Limited, mainly breeding time, breeding times, total litter size, the number of piglets born alive, the number of dead piglets, piglets born weight per litter, number of weaned piglets,etc..The whole reproductive performance of the sows was obtained through statistical analysis. The monthly average stocks of gilts was 655 ± 176,the monthly average fertile sows was 135±59.0,the number of total litters size per litter was 13.2± 0.4,the number of piglets born alive per litter was 11.5 ± 0.7,the number of weaned piglets per litter was 10.0± 1.0 and PSY was 23.5 ± 2.2,LFY was 2.2 ± 0.01,The gestation was 114.75 ± 0.43 days, lactation was 22.8± 1.5 days and non-productive days of sows was 56.3 ± 10.4 days.2 Effect of parrity, season, high tempature of pregnancy and lactation on sow reproductive performanceTo compare the effects of parity, farrowing season and high tempature of pregnancy and lactation on the reproductive performance of the sows,we organized data on breeding data for 1275 litters of 407 sows from 2014 to 2017.The results showed that the reproductive performance of the sows from the first to fourth parity stage was gradually improved, and the whole reproduction performance of the fourth parity sows was the best, the whole reproductive performance of the first parity sows was the worst. The total litter size was 1.78 higher,1.63 was higher in the number of piglets born alive and 2.33 kg was higher in the piglets born litter weight of the fourth parity than that of the first parity. The reproduction performance of the sows began to decline from the fifth parity and those sows were gradually eliminated.Compared with the reproductive performance of the sows in different farrowing sessons,it was found that the whole reproductive performance of the sow in the winter farrowing and spring farrowing were the best, and the whole reproductive performance of the sows in summer farrowing was the worst. The number of dead piglets in winter farrowing was 0.4 less than that in summer farrowing and 5.48 kg higher than piglets weaned weight;there was no difference in the number of piglets born alive, piglets born litter weight and weaned piglets in different farrowing seasons(P<0.05).To analyze the effects of high temperature during pregnancy and lactation on reproductive performance of sows.We compared the gestation period and lactation period of sows during the august with those sows not experience high temperature at all.The results showed that the sow's gestation period significantly affected the number of piglets born alive and piglets born litter weight at high temperatures period(P<0.05).Sows during lactation did not affect weaned piglets and piglets weaned weight at high temperature period(P>0.05).3 Analysis of correlation between serum biochemical parameters and reproductive performance of giltsTo study the correlation between blood biochemical parameters of sows and their reproductive performance,170 sows that were temporarily reserved for gilts and their blood were collected(183?189 days old and weight 95?100 kg).The coagulated blood was centrifuged at 3500 r/min for 15 min at 4? and the supernatant was taken for the detection of glucose, triglyceride and total cholesterol, testosterone, homocysteine;Records the reproductive performance data of these gilts, among which 84 gilts were eliminated and 86 gilts were normal mating and farrowing.Firstly, the differences of blood biochemical parameters GLU,TC,TG,T,HCY between eliminated gilts and normal sows were analyzed;secondly, the correlations between these blood biochemical parameters and the subsequent reproductive performance of gilts were analyzed. Finally, according to the reproductive performance parameters of gilts, the total number of litters size, the number of piglets born alive, piglets born litter weight and blood biochemical parameters were divided into high and low extreme groups to further analyze the correlation between the reproductive performance of gilts and blood biochemical parameters. The results showed that there was no difference in serum biochemical parameters GLU,TC,TG,T,HCY concerntration in high and low extreme groups based on the reproductive performance parameters of gilts and between the eliminated group and the normal group of the gilts(P>0.05).No correlation between GLU,TC,TG,T concerntration and the reproductive performance of gilts; The serum HCY had no significant correlation with the reproductive performance of gilts, whereas, there was a difference between the number of piglets born alive and the piglets born weight in extreme group of HCY concentrations(P<0.05).In the extreme group with high concentration of serum HCY,the subsequent reproductive performance of the sow is better,It is suggested that blood biomarkers of human PCOS are not suitable for the assistant selection of gilts. The relationship between HCY concentration and sow reproductive performance remains to be further studied.
