At the present stage,when building water conservancy projects,more attention is paid to the improvement of infrastructures.However,negligence will integrate digitalization and intelligence into water conservancy construction,thus making informationization of water conservancy projects scarce,making it difficult to operate rapidly and effectively,managing water conservancy equipment,Leading to greatly reduce the risk of early warning function,the project efficiency and effectiveness will face losses.At present,in China's water conservancy construction projects,the digitization and informatization of water conservancy are not enough.We can not effectively manage and utilize water conservancy equipment or effectively make early warning of floods.There are still some shortages in efficiency and efficiency,lagging far behind the developed countries in the West.There are a lot of foreign institutions such as the well-known Siemens Company and Schneider Electric Company have begun to promote the development and construction of water conservancy informatization.However,since water conservancy is related to the country's key infrastructure,they can not rely solely on imports.This project is an effective attempt in remote monitoring of water conservancy and realizes the functions of remote monitoring,equipment management,data statistics and analysis as well as anomaly alarming in pumping stations,and provides a powerful support for the informatization construction of farmland water conservancy hub.This project has researched and developed a new type of remote monitoring system for water conservancy pumping station through researching and practicing the present water conservancy monitoring,control and forecasting models and a large number of algorithms.Water pump station remote monitoring system consists of the basic components:security monitoring system,data acquisition system,remote control system and remote monitoring software system.While designing the overall scheme of the system,the overall design of the Web module of the remote monitoring and control system of the water pump station is mainly transplanted to the Linux system at the server level from the original system with the Web platform as the development background.The system uses a convenient Web as a system of display,the use of J2EE development framework Struts,Spring,Hibernate framework for the implementation of the Web back-end hierarchical design and development,using ExtJS and Ajax front-end technology for front-page development,the realization of the pumping station Real-time data monitoring,water pump GIS information management,pumping station information management,user management,report management,equipment management,anomaly alarm and friendly man-machine interface and other characteristics,rich content and good user experience.Test proved that the system to meet the basic functions,performance requirements.
