For a long time, the problem of livestock and poultry manure treatment has been one of the factors restricting the development of animal husbandry.Livestock and poultry manure is harmful to the environment, and the state has increasingly strengthened environmental protection measures. So the rational treatment of livestock and poultry excrement has become a matter of great concern. In addition, excessive use of chemical fertilizers in agricultural production will cause many problems, such as the destruction of soil structure, the decline of soil fertility, the lake eutrophication, and so on.These problems not only cause environmental pollution, but also directly lead to the reduction of crop yield and quality. Therefore,on the premise of not reducing the yield and quality of crops, reducing the use of chemical fertilizers is of great significance to environmental pollution and the development of circular agriculture and green agriculture.Decomposed cow manure is a kind of natural organic fertilizer mainly obtained by composting technology. It can promote the growth of crops and the improvement of planting soil, and has the advantages of safety, green and pollution-free.Five subjects were set up in this experiment: non-cow manure group(CON),25% cow manure group(NF1),50% cow manure group(NF2),75% cow manure group(NF3),100% cow manure group(NF4).Through observing the three growth stages of silage maize, the thesis mainly studied its growth and physiology, yield, the quality of nutrition and soil properties. The results are as follows:Effect of decomposed cow dung on growth performance of silage corn: In the case of fertilized cow manure and fertilizer with different ratios, the total yield of silage corn in NF2 and NF3 was higher than that in other groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the plant height and plant weight of NF3 were significantly higher than those of the other groups in the early stage(P<0.05).The leaf length and stem diameter of NF2 were significantly higher than those of NF4 and control group in the early stage(P<0.05).Leaf width was significantly increased in NF3 compared with NF2 and NF4 in the early stage(P<0.01).Compared with other groups, the plant weight, leaf width and stem diameter of the NF2 were significantly increased in the middle stage(P<0.01).The stem diameter of NF2 was significantly higher than that of the control group,NF3 and NF4 in the late stage(P<0.01),and the plant height and leaf length of NF2 and NF3 were significantly higher than those of NF4(P<0.05).In summary, the decomposed cow dung has a promoting effect on the plant height, plant weight, stem diameter and total corn yield of silage corn, and the best application combination is NF2.Effect of decomposed cow dung on nutrient composition of silage corn:In the case of fertilized cow manure and chemical fertilizer with different ratios, the root activity of NF2 and NF3 was significantly higher in the early stage of silage maize growth than in the control group,NF1 and NF4(P<0.05).However,the root activity of NF2 group in the middle and late stage of corn growth was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the proportion of crude fiber in the NF decreased significantly during the whole corn growth period(P<0.05).In the early stage, the proportion of crude fat in the NF was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and NF1,NF2 and NF3 decreased the crude ash of the plants(P<0.05).In the middle stage, compared with the control group,NF1 and NF3 significantly reduced the crude ash ratio(P<0.05),and NF2 significantly increased the crude fat content(P<0.05).In the late stage, compared with the control group, the water index of NF increased significantly(P<0.05),and the ash and crude fat content of NF2 increased significantly(P<0.05).In summary, the decomposed cow dung can effectively improve the root activity of silage corn, increase the nutrient absorption capacity of the plant, and increase the nutrient of the plant. The best application combination is NF2.Effects of decomposed cow dung on soil enzymes and nutrients: In the case of fertilized cow manure and fertilizer with different ratios, the NF2 and NF3 groups significantly increased soil alkaline phosphatase activity during the whole corn growth period(P<0.05).Moreover,at the early stage, soil urease and catalase activities of NF2 and NF3 were significantly increased(P < 0.05).In the middle and late stages, soil urease and catalase activities were significantly increased in the NF1,NF2 and NF3 groups(P<0.05),and soil urease and catalase activities in NF2 were significantly greater than those in the other groups(P<0.05).Moreover,in the middle and late stages, the available phosphorus in NF1,NF2 and NF3 increased significantly(P<0.05).In the early and middle stages, the total nitrogen in NF was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the organic matter in NF4 was also significantly increased(P<0.05).However,in the late stage, the total nitrogen content of NF2 was reduced(P<0.05).In summary, the decomposed cow dung can improve soil enzyme activity and increase the ratio of soil organic matter, total nitrogen and available phosphorus. The best range of addition is between NF2 and NF3.
