| In recent years,research on phase change materials has been extensive.However,most of them focus on the research of organic phase change materials,and there are few social studies on inorganic phase change materials.In order to meet the temperature requirements of pigs in the northern pig house,we must also meet the energy conservation and environmental protection advocates advocated by the state.The inorganic phase change material not only has the advantages of high thermal conductivity,short melting range,etc.,but also low cost.Therefore,the application of inorganic phase change materials to the insulation of northern pig houses is of great significance.Based on the literature review of inorganic phase change materials at home and abroad,combined with the current research status of the practical application of inorganic phase change materials,based on the biological characteristics of pigs,through the screening of various inorganic phase change materials,the final selection The inorganic phase change material of calcium chloride hexahydrate is the main research object.Calcium chloride hexahydrate has the advantages of phase change temperature,high thermal conductivity,high latent heat of phase change and low cost and economical efficiency,but at the same time there are problems of high degree of subcooling and solid-liquid separation.Therefore,this method is improved by adding nucleating agent and suspending agent and applied to pig bed insulation in northern pig houses.The main work of this paper is to select calcium chloride hexahydrate as the main raw material,and improve the supercooling separation problem in the phase transformation process by adding nucleating agent and suspending agent.The effect of the step cooling curve on the supercooling of the calcium chloride hexahydrate system was determined.The test results show that: 3% of lanthanum chloride hexahydrate is used as nucleating agent.When attapulgite at 7 °C is used as suspending agent,the supercooling degree of calcium chloride water salt system is 0.2 °C,and the phase transition temperature is 27.9.°C,the water and salt system has no obvious solid-liquid separation phenomenon.The phase transition temperature is changed by adding a melting point regulator AC depending on the temperature required for the different pigs in the growth stage.The test results show that: 0.5% cesium chloride hexahydrate is a nucleating agent,7% of attapulgite is a suspending agent and the combined phase transition temperature of adding 10% AC reagent is 22.5 ° C.The phase change platform is stable and repeated for many times.It still has a large latent heat.Meet the temperature needs of pigs.This formula is used as a raw material for preparing phase change floor,and preparatory work for the production of phase change insulated pig bed. |
