Physalis pubesecens and P.alkekengi are the genus Solanaceae Physalis, which has the effects of clearing away heat and detoxifying and diuresis to stop bleeding.Suitable for sore throat, mumps, urinary tract inflammation, urinary tract, hematuria, etc. In recent years, the planting area of Physalis pubesecens and Physalis alkekengi has been expanding, and the variety has increased year by year.P.pubesecens and P.alkekengi infected by pests and diseases seriously. In recent years, the disease of these two plants was reported seldomly.Once the diseass occured, there were not effective methods to control. The chemical fungicides and bactericides were misused and over used commonly.P.pubesecens and P.alkekengi were cultivated in Da'an,Shuangliao, and Liuhe in Jilin province. The diseased samples were collected from the field. The pathogen of these disease were isolated and identified,high-efficiency chemical agents were screened. These results layed theoretical foundation for the disease control. The relevant results were as follows: 1.Pathogen identification of bacterial disease: Angular leaf spot disease of Physalis pubesecens was caused by X.citri;bacterial leaf blight caused by Pantoea agglomerans;seedling bacterial blight caused by X.euvesicatoria.2.Pathogen identification of fungal diseases: Physalis pubesecens leaf spot was caused by Cercospora spp.;leaf spot of P.pubesecens was caused by Lecythophora spp;stalk rot of P.pubesecens was caused by Talaromyces flavus;verticillium wilt of P.pubesecens was caused byPseudeurotium bakeri;the damping off of P.pubesecens was caused by Rhizoctonia zaea;the pathogen of sclerotiniose was caused by Sclerotinia sclerotiorum;root rot of P.alkekeng was caused by Fusarium solani.3.The lab experiment results of the pathogen sensitivity to fungicides showed:(1)Sensitivity of three bacterial pathogen to 13 bacreicids were detected by the inhibition zone method. The results showed that the 3 pathogens were more sensitive to 20% bronopol,0.3% tetramycin,30% ethylicin EC,80% ethylicin EC and 3% zhongshengmycin WP.While other tested reagents did not show any inhibitory effects.(2)The MIC method(minimum inhibitory concentration method)was used to determine the in hibitory effect of several agents with no obvious effect on the pathogen. The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration of 47% Kasugamycin·copper oxychloride WP,77% copp er calcium sulpthate WP,3% benzisothiazolinone ME,80% Bordeaux mixture WP,53.8% copper hydroxide WG,46% copper hydroxide WG to bacterial strain causing angular leaf spot of P.pubesecens were 11.76 mg/L?18.18 mg/L?27.77 mg/L?22.22 mg/L?22.22 mg/L?14.28 m g/L.The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration of 3% zhongshengmycin W P,47% Kasugamycin·copper oxychloride WP,77% copper calcium sulfate WP,3% benzisothia zolinone ME to bacterial strain causing leaf blight of P.pubesecens were 33.33 mg/L.21.27 mg/L,33.33mg/L,27.77 mg/L;The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration of 20% bacteriocin DP,77% copper calcium sulfate WP,and 46% copper hydroxide WG to bacterial strain causing bacterial blight of P.pubesecens were 66.66 mg/L,33.33 mg/L,and 22.22 mg/L,respectively.
