With the rapid development of the national economy,people constantly want to improve the quality of their life.Greenhouses can overcome seasonal and weather restrictions and provide people with rich anti-season vegetables and fruits,it can also be used to cultivate flowers and seeds in large quantities.At present,most of the greenhouse monitoring is realized by wired communication or traditional wireless communication such as Wi-Fi and ZigBee,but existing monitoring systems have disadvantages such as chaotic wiring,small network coverage and poor stability of communication for agricultural greenhouses with a wide coverage area and complex environment.This paper combined NB-IoT wireless communication technology and IoT cloud platform,an agricultural greenhouse environment monitoring system based on NB-IoT was proposed.The main research contents are as follows:First,according to the actual application requirements,the terminal acquisition node was designed.The monitoring system utilizes the features such as wide coverage area,strong link and low power of NB-IoT to realize long-distance transmission of environment data The hardware circuit design of terminal acquisition node includes STM32F103 microcontroller module,NB-IoT wireless communication module and sensor interface circuit;The terminal software design of terminal acquisition node includes main program design,NB-IoT wireless communication design and various sensor acquisition software design.The terminal node not only acquires the temperature and humidity information,the light intensity information,the carbon dioxide concentration information,and the soil moisture information in the greenhouse in real time,and upload data to the IoT cloud platform through NB-IoT network.The terminal node realized the function of information transfer.Second,designed monitoring system using the Internet of Things cloud platform,and completed the design of the monitoring center software.Use the cloud platform to parse and store uploaded environment data,and open API interface for the monitoring center to access the cloud platform.Completed the interface design and communication design of the monitoring center based on Visual Studio 2017 software.The greenhouse environment information is visualized on the monitoring system software interface,and the software implements the functions of setting thresholds and querying environment data.At last,the data acquisition function,wireless communication function and monitoring center software of this system were tested.The test results proved that the system functions run well and the data communication is stable and reliable.The system meets the expected requirements of the design.This agricultural greenhouse environment monitoring system based on NB-IoT has the advantages of wide coverage,stable data transmission and flexible deployment.This system conforms to the development trend of modern greenhouse scale and industrialization,and have a good application prospect.
