| Accurately extracting crop areas and estimating crop yields are an effective way to guarantee the formulation of national regional policies and solve the issue of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”.It is very important to analyze the cultivated land use conditions in China and effectively improve national food security.Meanwhile,It is useful to make the import and export policies of grain. This paper supported by the National Natural Science Foundation Project of China had been completed successfully.Taking the three northeastern provinces of China as an example, based on the remote sensing data of Moderate-resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS)and time series of Normalized Difference Vegetation Index(NDVI).The paper employed Interactive Data Language(IDL)to effectively extract the key phenology curves of the three northeastern provinces from 2000 to 2015.This paper makes a good distinction between rice and other land cover types, and establishes adaptive partitioning criteria for rice by combining Enhanced Vegetation Index(EVI)and Land Surface Water Index(LSWI)Then based on the rice planting distribution in the past 15 Years, the CASA(Carnegie-Ames-Stanford Approach)model was used to estimate the rice planting output in the three northeastern provinces of China from 2000 to 2015.Combined with GIS technology, this paper analyzed the characteristics and regularity of rice acreage and yield in the time-space domain and their correlations with temperature, precipitation and environmental factors. The main research work and research results are as follows:(1)Based on the introduction of the study region, this paper detailedly analyzed the fundamental data and main research methods.(2)By using MODIS NDVI,EVI and LSWI,partition adaptive rice discriminant function was established to extract the rice planting distribution in the three northeastern provinces of China from 2000 to 2015,on the basis of which, the spatial-temporal variation characteristics and driving force factors were explored.(3)Using CASA model to estimate NPP of rice in three provinces of northeast China. Then using the conversion relationship between NPP and yield index HI,the harvest index at urban scale was calculated. The feasibility was analyzed and the rice yield of each province in 2000-2015 was estimated.Last analyzing the changing features of its space-time pattern.(4)Based on the extraction of rice area and yield, this paper analyzes the driving factors related to the change of rice pattern, including natural driving factors and socio-economic driving factors. We selected 9 indexes--temperature,precipitation,sunshine hours, total population, total power of agricultural machinery, irrigation area, fertilizer amount, agricultural electricity consumption and rice planting distribution to quantitatively analyze their contribution to the distribution of rice planting in recent 15 years. |
