The normal fermented pig manure biogas slurry was used as the test biogas slurry, and the biogas slurry was treated differently for the two pathogens of the Panax notoginseng rot(Fusarium oxysporum,Fusarium solani)antibacterial experiment, observing the growth diameter of pathogenic bacteria within 4 days to determine the antibacterial effect of each treated biogas slurry. The main treatment methods include: different evaporation amount of concentrated liquid, different concentration temperature concentrates, different concentration of concentrated liquid, different concentration treatment temperature, different organic solvents, different organic solvents, separate extraction of raw biogas slurry, different organic solvents, separate extraction of the marsh Comparison of liquid concentrate, different organic solvents to extract biogas slurry concentrate, ethanol extracting plant natural active antibacterial components, different fungicides and biogas slurry concentrate. The main results of this research are as follows:? The amount of evaporation has a significant effect on the bacteriostatic effect of the biogas slurry concentrate. The greater the amount of evaporation, the greater the concentration of the biogas slurry concentrate, and the better the bacteriostatic effect of the concentrate. The reason is that the larger the amount of evaporation, the greater the concentration of the bacteriostatic substance contained in the biogas slurry concentrate, and the stronger the bacteriostatic effect.? The concentration temperature has a significant effect on the inhibition of Fusarium oxysporum by the biogas slurry concentrate, and has no significant effect on the inhibition of Fusarium solani. As the temperature continues to rise, the bacteriostatic effect gradually decreases, but it is not significant. The reason is that as the concentration temperature increases, the microbial activity in some bacteriostatic substances and concentrates in the biogas slurry concentrate decreases, resulting in a weakened bacteriostatic effect of the biogas slurry concentrate.? Different amounts of biogas slurry concentrate have a significant effect on the bacteriostatic effect. The greater the amount of the biogas slurry concentrate, the worse the inhibitory effect on the two pathogens. The reason is that the larger the amount of biogas slurry concentrate, the more nutrients it contains, and the increase of the growth time of the biogas slurry concentrate and pathogen bacteria accelerates the proliferation of hyphae.? The treatment temperature of the biogas slurry concentrate has a significant effect on the bacteriostatic effect. The higher the treatment temperature of the biogas slurry concentrate, the lower the activity of the bacteriostatic active substance and the microorganism in the biogas slurry, and the worse the bacteriostatic effect.?The inhibitory effects of the active substances extracted from the biogas slurry on the pathogens by different polar organic solvents are significantly different, and there are different inhibitory effects on the two different pathogenic bacteria, but in general, the inhibition results are obtained by separate extraction and sequential extraction. The inhibitory effect of Fusarium oxysporum was: toluene>benzene>ethyl acetate>n-hexane>petroleum ether>ether, and the toluene extract had the strongest inhibitory effect on Fusarium oxysporum, reaching about 50,indicating Fusarium oxysporum The active substance with inhibition effect and toluene have similar polarity;the antibacterial effect against Fusarium solani is: benzene>ethyl acetate>toluene>ether>n-hexane>petroleum ether, bacteriostatic effect of benzene extract Preferably,it is about 50%,indicating that the active ingredient having the strongest bacteriostatic effect against Fusarium solani has similar polarity to benzene.?There was a significant difference between the inhibitory effects of ethanol extracting natural antibacterial components from Eupatorium adenophorum and Ginkgo biloba on pathogenic bacteria. The natural bacteriostatic components of the two plants have strong antibacterial activity against Fusarium oxysporum and Fusarium solani. It can be added to the biogas fermentation to enhance the antibacterial effect of the biogas slurry.?There are significant differences in the inhibitory effects of different chemical fungicides against Fusarium oxysporum and Fusarium solani.Among them, carbendazim 750 times solution has the best antibacterial effect and can reach more than 80%.In summary, the biogas slurry has a certain inhibitory effect on the pathogen of Panax notoginseng rot,and its antibacterial activity against Fusarium oxysporum and toluene has similar polarity, and its antibacterial activity against Fusarium solani The substance and benzene have similar polarity, and the antibacterial effect of the biogas slurry is lower than that of the natural plant antibacterial active substance of E.adenophorum and Ginkgo biloba leaves, and is lower than the bacteriostatic effect of carbendazim 750 times liquid.Provide reference for the development of high-efficiency biological pesticides.
