In order to explore the effects of planting and harvesting on the yield and quality of yellow sweet potato,the suitable planting and harvesting period of high-yield and high-quality sweet potato was obtained.In this study,the sweet potatoes of yellow meat varieties(strains)were used as experimental materials such as Wanshu7 hao,13-3-19,12-1-39,Wanshu10,Yuhongxinshu46,Longshu9 hao,1446-5,Yuhongxinshu98.In the planting period of mid-May,early June,and mid-June,under the four harvesting periods of 90 d,110d,130 d,and 150 day after planting,the randomization experiment was used to study the planting period and harvest.Dynamic changes in yield were obtained.Dynamic changes in physical and chemical qualities such as soluble total sugar,reducing sugar,starch were obtained.Dynamic changes in functional components such as soluble protein,cellulose,beta carotene,total phenol were obtained.Alpha amylase and beta amylase and dynamic changes in total amylase were obtained.The results obtained are as follows:1.The effect of planting period and harvesting period on sweet potato yield: The yield of each variety(strains)showed an increasing trend with the promotion of growth period,and the suitable harvest period for high yield was 150 days after planting.The varieties(strains)showed a gradual decline with the delay of the planting period,and the suitable planting period for obtaining high-yield sweet potatoes was in mid-May.Among them,Longshu9 hao has the highest output,followed by Wanshu10 hao and Wanshu7 hao.2.The effect of planting period and harvesting period on the physical and chemical quality of sweet potato: The dynamic change of soluble total sugar of Wanshu7 hao,13-3-19,12-1-39,Yuhongxinshu46 and Yuhongxinshu98 declined first and then stabilized in mid-May.However Longshu9 hao,Wanshu10hao and 1446-5 were inconsistent.In the beginning of June planting,except for the change trend of Longshu9 hao,it remained stable first and then decreased,while other varieties(strains)gradually decreased.In the middle of June,the varieties showed a downward trend,and the total soluble sugar content was the highest at 90 days after planting.The reducing sugar of various varieties(strains)were planted in mid-May,showing a trend of decreasing first and then rising,which was the highest at 90 days after planting.All planted in early June and mid-June,showing a gradual decline trend.The highest 90 days after planting.In the middle of May,except for the two-year change pattern of Yuhongxinshu46 and Longshu9 hao,the change trend of other varieties(strains)was increased first and remained stable,and the content was the highest at 130 days after planting.At the beginning of planting in early June,the trend of each variety potato: the harvesting period of the soluble protein of each variety in mid-May,early June and mid-June is gradually increasing,respectively,at 150 d,130d,110 d reached the maximum value.The change trend of cellulose content of each variety in the middle of May and early June was decreased firstly and then increased,and the content was the lowest at 130 days and 110 days,respectively.The change of cellulose in various varieties planted in mid-June was gradually increased,and the content was the lowest at 90 days after planting.The β carotene content of all varieties increased first and then decreased in mid-May and early June,reaching a maximum at 110 days.The β carotene planted in mid-June gradually increased with the growth period,and reaching a maximum at 110 days after planting.The harvesting period of the total phenols of various varieties in the middle of May,early June and mid-June was gradually increasing,reaching the maximum at 150 days,130 days and 110 days respectively.4.The effect of planting and harvesting period on sweet potato amylase: The activity of α-amylase in each variety in mid-May and early June decreased first and then increased.The activity was highest at 150 days and 130 days respectively.In the mid-June planting,the activity of α-amylase gradually increased with the growth of the growth period,and the activity was highest at 110 days.The activity of β-amylase planted of each variety in mid-May increased first and then increased with the growth of the growth period,and the activity was highest at 150 days.The activity of β-amylase planted at the beginning of June increased first and then decreased with the growth of the growth period,and the highest activity was observed at 110 days after planting.The activity of β-amylase planted in mid-June was gradually decreased with the growth of the growth period,and it was the highest at 90 days.The total amylase activity of various varieties planted in mid-May increased first and then increased with the growth of the growth period,and the highest activity was achieved at 150 days.The total amylase activity planted at the beginning of June increased first and then decreased with the growth of the growth period,and the highest activity was observed at 110 days after planting.The total amylase activity planted in mid-June was gradually decreased with the growth of the growth period,and the content was highest at 90 days.
