With the development of agricultural information technology and wireless sensor network technology,wireless monitoring technology in greenhouse environment has become an important topic in greenhouse research.Because the output signals of the greenhouse sensor are not uniform,the information collector needs to reserve a variety of sensor interfaces.Technicians are prone to make errors when wiring the collector,which makes it unable to work normally.Aiming at the problems,a greenhouse wireless adaptive information collector is designed.The information collector can classify and read data according to different types of greenhouse sensors.Through the wireless module,the sensor data is uploaded to the cloud Internet of Things to realize remote real-time monitoring of greenhouse environmental parameters.As the research and development part of environmental sensing equipment in the research and development project of new facility agricultural machinery equipment,this paper studies the wireless communication mode,greenhouse sensor signal output mode and classification algorithm,and designs the greenhouse wireless adaptive information collector.Taking STM32F103CBT6 microcontroller as the core,it consists of signal recognition detection module,wireless communication module,power management module,external clock circuit and external storage circuit.In order to correctly distinguish the digital singlebus type,analog voltage and current type sensor output signals,the support vector machine classification algorithm is introduced in the sensor classification.According to the training characteristics of different types of sensor output signals,a sensor classification model based on support vector machine classification algorithm is obtained,which can classify and identify analog voltage output type,current output type and digital single bus output type sensor.In terms of wireless data transmission,in order to improve data transmission speed,Wi-Fi communication technology is the core,and wireless communication between the information collector and the main control node is realized.The information collector wireless communication is a client mode,which automatically establishes a wireless connection with the master node.After the connection is successful,the command of the master node is received.The sensor data is read and packaged according to the command.The data is uploaded to the cloud server through the router connected to the network.The user can view the greenhouse environment information through a terminal device such as a computer or a smart phone anytime and anywhere.Finally,the wireless communication function and data acquisition effect of the collector were tested.The training voltage classification model is used to classify the analog voltage,current and digital single-bus sensors.The test results show that the wireless communication between the information collectors is stable.The sensor classification model can correctly distinguish the sensor types.
