In this study,230 flax materials were identified for agronomic and quality trait phenotypes.The statistical analysis of phenotypic data was used to explore the correlation between agronomic and quality traits.At the same time,SSR markers were used for gene scanning to identify flax phenotypic traits.The SSR markers were correlated to obtain a SSR locus that was significantly associated with the target trait.The research results are as follows:1.In 230 flax materials,The coefficient of variation of 8 agronomic traits was2.79-25.10,the genetic diversity index was 2.48-2.81,the coefficient of variation of6 quality traits was 7.39-22.67,and the genetic diversity index was 2.66-2.80.Correlation analysis showed that the correlation between stem length and plant height was the highest among the eight agronomic traits,and the value 0.825.The correlation between crude fat and linolenic acid was the highest among the six quality traits,the value was 0.669.2.A total of 365 SSR loci were amplified by 30 pairs of SSR primers on 230 flax material,and an average of 12.17 SSR loci were amplified by each pair ofprimers;the effective allele number was 1.2168-1.8320,and primer of PIC was0.2489-0.6257.3.The similarity coefficient of 230 flax materials is 0.655-0.912,and 230 flax materials can be divided into 5 populations with a genetic similarity coefficient of0.66.Population 1 contains 54 parts of flax,population 2 has only 3 materials,population 3 contains 58 materials,population 4 has 67 materials,and population 5contains 48 materials.4.The population structure analysis software showed that when K=4,230 flax materials could be divided into 4 populations,population 1 and population 3 were 57 materials,population 2 was 60 materials,and population 4 was 56 materials.They indicate that the genetic background is rich,the group construction is reasonable,and subsequent association analysis can be carried out.5.Correlation analysis of 8 agronomic traits and SSR markers,114 polymorphic loci were obtained,among which significant SSR loci associated with 1000-grain weight and fruit number were 30,and the phenotypic variation rate was2.62%-7.78%.Correlation analysis between 6 quality traits and SSR markers yielded83 polymorphic positions.in which SSR sites(18)significantly associated with stearic acid,the interpretation rate of phenotypic variation was 1.01%-8.62%.
