| The aim of this paper is to explore the shape characteristics,occurrence regularity and life table parameters of Southern China crown net of camphor tree,which is the main harmful insect pest,and to determine the effect of pesticides effect,and to provide a basis for prevention and control of Southern China crown net bug.It is not effectively controlled in the years of prevention and control with the weakening of the control effect and the difficulty of preventing its appearance.We compared effect on several kinds of insecticides,also found that Coccinella septempunctata and Beauveria bassiana play a key role for controlling the insect.By investigating several years at outdoor,results shows that beginning in April and end in November by eggs in winter,reaches the maximum value in June or July.They often have 5 generation in ChangSha,the first generation is most biggest than others,trends to generational overlapping.From this paper,killing the first generation nymphs is the key for controlling insect.The research shows that temepature growing effect the population changes of Stepanitis Laudata Drake et Poor.Higher temeparature,play an impotant role for shortening development duration.In order to know the harm of Stephanitis(S.)laudata Drake et Poor that we study on its life table parameters of different temperature by biological studies.Results shows that the different age’s livability of Stepanitis Laudata Drake et Poor at five-kinds-of temperature is 82.22% 、 60.00% 、 62.22% 、 74.30% 、60.00%.The different generation age’s time of Stepanitis Laudata Drake et Poor on test temperatuer is 33.25 d,31.87 d,27.90 d,25.77 d,24.48 d.On different temperature gradient,the intrinsic growth rate of Stepanitis Laudata Drake et Poor is 0.1125、0.1214、0.1542、0.1546、0.1608 and the different Population trend index of Stepanitis Laudata Drake et Poor is 4.3852、3.9011、5.7283、5.2458、4.1888.Writter filtered pesticedes and biological control metheds for testing effective of Stepanitis Laudata Drake et Poor.In conclusion,pesticide treatment 24 hours later,Thiamethoxam killing 97.3%,Acetamiprid killing 92%,and Avermectin killing 92%.In biological control,One Coccinella septempunctata ate 85%all of incects.Becides,all of test incects effected by Beauveria bassiana were killed when relative huminiy at 84.34%-95.59% under 25℃,and Beauveria bassiana effecting can control population of Stepanitis Laudata Drake et Poor.It’s in-depth step on how to rear Coccinella septempunctata on scale or how to commercialized spread biologcal control,such as Coccinella septempunctata and Beauveria bassiana to cure Stephanitis(S.)laudata Drake et Poor. |
