A Study On The Satisfaction Degree Of Herdsmen’s Income And Grassland Ecological Compensation Policy

In recent years,due to the rapid development of social economy,the demand for natural resources is gradually increasing,and problems such as ecological environment pollution and damage also begin to emerge.The implementation of the grassland ecological protection subsidy and reward mechanism is committed to protecting the natural environment in the ecologically damaged areas,promoting the harmonious coexistence between people and nature in the vast pastoral areas,and the sustainable development of social economy.Based on the field survey data of pastoral areas in gansu province,this paper uses principal component analysis model,multiple linear regression model and multiple ordered Logit regression model to analyze the main influencing factors of herdsmen’s income and policy satisfaction under the background of grassland ecological compensation.The research shows that :(1)the herdsmen’s income is mainly affected by the amount of compensation and reward for ecological protection,the level of education,the value of other assets and the total number of families;(2)ecological compensation amount,education level,herdsmen’s family economic benefits compared with before,whether village cadres and herdsmen policy satisfaction is significantly positive correlation;(3)the "one size fits all" compensation standard easily ignores the quality,yield and configuration of grasslands in different regions;(4)only by broadening the income channels of herdsmen,increasing economic income and deepening policy awareness,can herdsmen consciously participate in ecological construction;(5)at present,the breeding balance policy,also cannot completely solve the problem of herdsmen for livelihood and overload and overgrazing grassland inner incongruity between ecology and economic sustainable development,promoting ecological restoration,pasture quality,strengthen scientific,moderate and reasonable operation and management is to realize the neck and neck in the grassland ecology and the economy development in the future.
