Detection And Analysis Of Six Organophosphorus Pesticide Residues In Vegetables In Luonan County

Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the adjustment of industrial structure in Luonan County,the development model of small farmers driven by vegetable planting cooperatives has been formed,which is in the process of rapid development.In order to ensure that the pesticide residues of agricultural products in Luonan County are within a safe range,this paper establishes a safe and reliable detection method to detect pesticide residues and risk analysis in vegetable planting bases in Luonan County.The results are as follows:(1)The detection methods of six organophosphorus pesticides were established.Referring to the methods and steps in NY/T761-2008 and combining with the actual situation of our laboratory,a pre-treatment method for the determination of methamidophos,hydrazine,acetamidophos,omethoate,methamidophos and Triazophos residues by flame photometric detector(FPD)with gas chromatography was established,and the optimum instrumental detection conditions of meteorological chromatograph were verified and analyzed.。 Acetonitrile was used to extract organophosphorus pesticides.Finally,flame photometric detector(FPD)of gas chromatography was used to detect organophosphorus pesticides.The column used was Elite-17.The average recovery of six organophosphorus pesticides was between 80% and 120%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 10%.The detection limit of the method met the requirements of Appendix A of Part I of NY/T 761-2008.All six pesticide components were effective.Separation,no influence on each other.(2)The pesticide residues in several main vegetable planting bases in Luonan County were detected by the established method.The results showed that the residues in all samples were not exceeded the standard,and the detection rate of organophosphorus pesticide residues was 19.74%.Acephate was detected more frequently in the Six Organophosphorus Pesticides detected,accounting for more than half of all the detected drugs.Relatively speaking,the detection rate of green vegetables and cabbage was higher,and the detection rate of unauthorized bases was higher than that of certified bases.The detection rate is higher.According to the results of pesticide residues detection 2018,the level of pesticide residues in Luonan County is low.Six organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables from five large vegetable planting bases did not exceed the standard.However,many other kinds of pesticides have not been tested,so we should continue to strengthen supervision,improve the level of detection,further expand the scope of detection parameters,and carry out pesticide residues detection from a broader level to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products in Luonan County.
