In order to find out the effect of planting mode on the yield and pathogen of Marigold in Guizhou area, the orthogonal design model of planting method?parallel planting and staggered planting?and planting specifications of Tagetes erecta,The effects of different planting modes on agronomic characters, chlorophyll content, dry flower quality and yield of marigold at different flowering stages were studied. At the same time, the common diseases of marigold marigold in crop rotation mode were different before,The pathogen was isolated and identified, and the experiment was carried out.Through the above research, the optimal planting mode was obtained, the pathogen of brown spot was identified and the experiment was carried out in the laboratory, which would provide scientific reference for the high-yield cultivation technique of marigold in the area. The findings are as follows:1.Effects of different planting patterns on agronomic characters of Marigold:each treatment at all levels of flowering, plant height in the main stem flowering period, first stage flowering period, two grade flowering period and three grade flowering period, all with W1S1 treatment performance is the best, plant height of 89.034cm,121.107cm,125.107cm,129.742cm.Stem thickness in the main stem flowering period, primary flowering period and three stage flowering period, stem thickness are W2S3 as the best treatment, the values are 1.794cm,1.868cm,2.524cm,in two stage flowering, stem thickness and planting mode is negatively correlated, the correlation coefficient value is radical R value is 0.028,with a very significant positive correlation with the planting specification and an R value of 0.624,with W1S2 as the best treatment with a value of 1.98cm.In the two-stage flowering period, the stem thickness was negatively correlated with the planting method, radical R value is 0.028,with a very significant positive correlation with the planting specification and an R value of 0.624,with W1S2 as the best treatment with a value of 1.98cm.The canopy was positively correlated with the planting method and planting specifications in the flowering period of the main stem, the first stage flowering period, the two-stage flowering period and the three-stage flowering period, among which the W2S3 value was the best treatment in the main stem flowering period, the first stage flowering period and the two grade flowering period, the values were 68.237cm,90.21cm,94.207cm,The three-stage flowering period is best treated with W2S2,with a value of89.35cm.2.Effects of different planting patterns on chlorophyll content of marigold:In the main stem, primary flowering, secondary flowering and tertiary flowering stages,Chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and chlorophyll?a+b?were positively correlated with planting methods and planting specifications, with W2S3 being the best treatment,W2S3 was the best treatment for chlorophyll a in the florescence stage, the first florescence stage and the second florescence stage, and W1S3 was the best treatment for the third florescence stage.Chlorophyll a/b was positively correlated with planting methods and planting specifications during the main stem and secondary flowering stages,The best treatment with W2S2 was chlorophyll a/b,which was 2.927 and 3.039,respectively.Chlorophyll a/b was negatively correlated with planting pattern and positively correlated with planting specification in the first and third flowering stages,The best treatment was W1S1,the value was3.011,and the value of W1S3 was 2.83 in the third.3.Effects of different planting patterns on the quality of Marigold Chrysanthemum:with the advancement of flowering period, the protein and soluble sugar of the petals in marigold dried flowers were negatively correlated with the planting mode and planting specifications, all of which were treated with W1S1as the best treatment.Lutein stems flowering period, first stage flowering period, two grade flowering period and three grade flowering period are positively correlated with planting mode and planting specifications, all with W2S3 treatment is the best, the values are 12.2g/Kg,9.657 g/Kg,9.537 g/Kg,9.008g/Kg.4.Effects of different cropping patterns on yield:In the main stem flowering and primary flowering stages,The single flower fresh weight was positively correlated with the planting method and planting specification, and was best treated with W2S3,and the values were 20.847g and 19.847g,respectively.There was a positive correlation between the two florescence stage and the three florescence stage and the planting specification, but a negative correlation with the planting specification,The best treatments were W2S1,the values were 14.141g and 11.577g respectively. There was a negative correlation between the number of flowers in the main stem and the first flowering stage and the planting mode and the planting specification,Using W1S1as the best treatment, the value was 105.014 and 211.752,respectively.The second florescence stage and the third florescence stage were positively correlated with planting method and planting specification, and the second florescence stage was best treated by W1S3,The number of flowers was 424.729,the best treatment was W2S2,and the number of flowers was640.992.The yield of flowers was positively correlated with the planting pattern at each flowering stage and negatively correlated with the planting specification at the third flowering stage,W1S2 was the best treatment for the main stem, and the value of W1S2 was 1851.636kg/667m2.The other florescence was positively correlated with the planting specification. The best treatment was W2S3,and the value was 3841.146kg/667m2.The best treatment was W2S1,the value was 5807.33kg/667m2 in the second florescence stage. The best treatment was W2S2,and the value was 6680.355kg/667m2.W2S2 was the best treatment in terms of the total flower yield of each treatment,The yield of flowers in the third florescence stage reached its maximum at17159.96kg/667m2,accounting for 38.93%of the total flower yield.W1S1 treatment was the best for the yield of lutein in the flowering period of the main stem with a value of1250.511g/Kg.The best treatment was W1S3,and the value was1898.892g/Kg.The best treatment was W1S3,the value was3959.8g/Kg in the second florescence stage.W2S2 was the best in the three florescence stage with a value of 5236.94g/Kg.The best treatment was W2S2 based on the total flowering yield of each treatment,The yield of lutein in the third florescence stage was the highest, accounting for 43.96%of the total xanthophyll yield. The highest yield was 11912.626g/Kg.5.The effects of different models on flowering indicators at different levels suggest that flower number has a greater impact on yields and can therefore be used as one of the indicators for measuring high yields.W2S2 was the best in the florescence stage and the florescence stage of the second florescence stage in the different grades. The flower yield and lutein yield reached the maximum at the third florescence stage and were the best treated with W2S2,accounting for 38.93%and43.96%of the corresponding total yield,respectively.W2S2treatment was the best for the total flower yield and lutein yield at various flowering stages. Therefore, the optimal high-yield treatment was W2S2,i.e.staggered planting+planting specification?60cm×60cm?.6.The diseased leaves were collected from marigold with brown spot, and the pathogenic strains were isolated and purified, and identified as Alternaria sp.by microscopical observation; The pathogen of this area was Alternaria tagetica by ITS molecular biology technique.7.The results of laboratory bacteriostasis tests showed that,at low concentrations,The inhibition rate of different fungicides to Alternaria tagetica was 70%Mn-Zn>72%Me-Frost.Mn-Zn>50%Sulfur.Carbendazim>69%Ni-Zn.Mn-Zn,Among them, mancozeb and metalaxyl, manganese and zinc have better bacteriostasis effect.
