Pig breeding is an important agricultural pillar industry in beichuan,due to the geographical conditions,pig breeding in county is easy to cause mould and produce mycotoxins,brought pig even human health risks.Using high performance liquid chromatography?HPLC?method to detect the mycotoxins in feed,method was accurate and reliable.It is helpful to understand the types and content of mycotoxin in the pig breeding industry in this county and how to control it comprehensively.The content of three kinds of toxins:AFB1,FB1 and F-2 toxin were analyzed,acetonitrile,methanol and water as mobile phase,flow rate:1 mL/min,fluorescence detector for testing.The regression equation of the standard curve of AFB1was:y=117561x-56993,R2=0.9999;The regression equation of the standard curve of FB1 was:y=17215x-104335,R2=0.9999;The regression equation of the standard curve of F-2 was:y=1389265x+4965,R2=0.9999.The precision and recovery of each toxin were small.A total of 652 samples of feed and raw materials in beichuan county were collected,the results showed that the positive rate was 90.39%,and the samples of three kinds of mycotoxin were 66.41%of the total sample.The AFB1 rates in corn,corn by-products,wheat,meal and total price were 17.25%,13.38%,6.53%,21.35%and 11.06%respectively.The above rates of FB1 were 40.77%,30.11%,12.25%,13.83%and 22.61%respectively.The above rates of F-2 were 26.34%,34.68%,12.35%,34.68%and 12.35%respectively.The AFB1 of corn and corn by-products was higher in June to September,the AFB1 of wheat varieties was higher in July and September,the AFB1 of soybean meal was higher in June and August,and the AFB1 of full price feed was higher in June and August.The FB1of corn was higher in May to June and September,the FB1 of corn by-products was higher in May and June,the FB1 of wheat was higher in July to October,the FB1 of soybean meal was higher in July to September,and the FB1 of full price feed was higher in June to August.The F-2 of corn and corn by-products was higher in May to June and September,the F-2 of wheat was higher in July to October,the F-2 of soybean meal was higher in June to August,and the F-2 of full price feed was higher in May to September.The results show that the method was reasonable and feasible by HPLC.In beichuan county,mycotoxins are widely used in feed and raw materials,mycotoxins were particularly high in late spring,summer and early autumn.To avoid and reduce the occurrence of mycotoxin,it is important not only to eliminate the feed and raw materials that have already produced mycotoxins from the source,but also to store the feed and raw materials properly.
