| Oat(Avena L.)is a one-year crop of Poaceae and widely grown all over the world.Oats,with the advantages of cold resistance,drought resistance,low tolerance,and moderate salt tolerance,are commonly used as a dual-purpose crop for both grains and grasses.It plays an important role in the production of agriculture and animal husbandry.Oat grain as a well-known health food,whose anti-oxidation,blood-fat lowering,and cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment efficacy drawed increasingly attention.In production,the oats can be disposed as oat fresh grass,oat hay,silage oats and oat seeds to feed animal.Oats fresh(dry)grass with soft stems and leaves,together with good palatability and rich-nutrition seed,can be used as high-quality concentrate feed.Oats grow fast,the planting method is more flexible,and the biological yield is higher.So it can be planted in winter to ease the shortage of forage grass.The present research aims to provide a theoretical basis for the rational use of winter farmland and the production of quality forage.The main results are as follows:1.Oat forage grass cutting twice significantlyincreased the yield of fresh grass,but the yield of hay decreased.(P<0.05).The yield of forage grass of different varieties of oats had a significantly different(P<0.05).Among them,the yields of varieties IL2858-1and IL02-8658had good performances in the monocropping and intercropping patterns.2.Different cultivation factors had significant effects on oat forage yield(P<0.05).The first sowing date yield(2016.9.30)was significant higher than the other two sowing dates under monoculture(P<0.05).The yield at the 60kg/hm~2 seeding densitywas significant higher than the other seeding density under monoculture(P<0.05).The yield at the 600kg/hm~2fertilization level was significant higher than the other fertilization level under monoculture(P<0.05).The intercropping pattern and monotonous pattern show similar rules.3.When assessing the quality of oat forage,the neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber content were the key factors affecting the digestive rate of forage grass in the animal.Comprehensive consideration should be given to each indicator and the quality of the variety IL2858-1 was good.4.Under drought stress,plants will produce a series of physiological and biochemical changes.Leaf water content and plasma membrane permeability can be used as indicators to evaluate drought resistance,and osmotic adjustment ability is related to drought resistance of plants.The rusults showed that IL02-8658 and IL2858-1 have drought resistance. |
