| In this study,six Sichuan kiwifruit cultivars were used as material.Through inoculating on them in vitro shoots and potted plant,I analyzed the ability of the kiwifruit that resist the bacterial canker and classfied the resistance.I measured their morphological and physiological and biochemical index.In order to find effective prevention and control measures and provide technology for the comprehensive prevention of the bacterial canker of kiwi,I carried out a three-dimensional control technology research.The main research results show that:1.The inoculation test of the isolated branches showed the resistance of 6 kiwifruit cultivars from strong to weak is in the order of ‘Cuiyu’,‘Donghong’,Yidunyihao’,Jinguo,‘Jinyan’,‘Hongyang’.2.There were differences in morphological structure of the leaves of 6 kiwifruit cultivars.The stomatal density and stomatal length of leaves were extremely significantly or significantly positively correlated with the disease index of inoculation test of the isolated branches(The correlation coefficients were 0.9636 and 0.8858 respectively.).There was a significant negative correlation between leaf spongy tissue thickness and the disease index of inoculation test of the isolated branches(The correlation coefficient was-0.9442).The thickness of the epidermis,the thickness of the lower epidermis,the thickness of the palisade tissue,the stomatal width,the length of the branches,the width of the hole,the density of the skin and the thickness of the eye cortex had no significant correlation with the disease index of inoculation test of the isolated branches.There was no obvious pattern in the shape of the pinhole.The stomata length,stomatal density and spongy tissue thickness of kiwi fruit can be used as an important morphological index to evaluate the resistance of bacterial canker of kiwifruit.3.In the inoculation experiment of pot seedling,the activity of SOD,POD,CAT,PPO and PAL in the branches and leaves after inoculation was increased in different degrees.There was a linear negative correlation between,SOD,POD activity of healthy leaf and phloem with disease index(The correlation coefficients were 0.9563,-0.9680,-0.9517 and-0.8088 respectively).There was no significant relationship between the activity of CAT,PPO,PAL of the leaf,CAT,PAL of the phloem and disease index.There was a linear negative correlation between PPO activity and disease index(The correlation coefficient was-0.9850).The changes of PPO activity of leaf and branch phloem were different.Before inoculating,the soluble sugar content of leaf and phloem was linearly negative correlated with the disease index(The correlation coefficients were-0.9220 and-0.8452 respectively).There was no significant correlation between the soluble starch of leaf and branch phloem and disease index.The relationship between SOD activity,POD activity,soluble sugar content of kiwi fruit and the resistance of bacterial canker of kiwifruit need to be further studied.4.The disease index of bacterial canker of kiwifruit is 10.83 in the open field cultivation(CK).The disease index of bacterial canker of kiwifruit is 0 in the rain shelter cultivation and is significantly lower than CK.the rain shelter cultivation has better prevention and control effect on bacterial canker of kiwifruit and deserves further promotion and application in production.5.In the control effect test of three groups of compound chemical agents,the disease index of control group(CK)is 17.00.The disease index of 300 times 2% kasumin + 1000 times 43%tebuconazole + 600 times 56% kresoxim-methyl + 1500 times 45% prochloraz and 800 times 80% mancozeb + 1200 times 0.15% tetramycin + 800 times 50%cyprodinil respectively were 4.67 and 5.67.They both are significantly lower than the control group(CK)and have better prevention and control effect.The disease index of 1875 times 42.4% Pyraclostrobin fluxapyroxad + 750 times 35% zinc thiazole and 5% kasumin is 20.53 and have no significant difference with the control group.6.In the experiment of bacillus and Chinese herbal compound,no significant difference was found between the two treatments with the control group. |
