| The effects of different nitrogen application rate(N1:120 kg/hm~2,N2:150kg/hm~2)and ratio of inorganic and organic fertilizer(F1:100%:0,F2:50%:50%,F3:25%:75%,F4:0:100%)on the yield formation characteristics and rice quality of purple rice were studied in Huaminglou town,Ningxiang city to explore the characteristics of yield formation and nutrient utilization of purple rice,and lay a foundation for constructing high-yielding and high-quality cultivation technology system of purple rice.The main results are as follows:(1)The effect of nitrogen application rate and the ratio of inorganic and organic fertilizers on yield of purple rice was clear.Under the same fertilizer proportion rate,the yield of N2 treatment was significantly higher than that of N1 treatment,the highest yield increasing extent was 9.3%.Under the same nitrogen application rate,the yield of F2treatment was the highest,F3 treatment was the second,and F4 treatment yield was the lowest.(2)Increase of nitrogen application could improve the tiller number,booting rate,the leaf area and dry matter accumulation of purple rice.Under the same nitrogen application rate,the tiller number,leaf area index and dry matter weight at early stage increased with the increase of proportion of inorganic fertilizer,while the difference became smaller after the booting stage,and all indexes of F2 treatment were the highest and those of F4 treatment were lowest.(3)The accumulation of N,P and K at all stages in N2 treatment was higher than that in N1 treatment.Under the condition of different ratios of inorganic and organic fertilizer,the accumulation of nutrients at early stage of purple rice was the highest in F1 treatment,but those in F2 treatment were the highest and those in F4 treatment was the lowest after booting stage.The matching application of inorganic and organic fertilizer could significantly improve the nitrogen utilization efficiency of the purple rice.Under the N2 condition,the nitrogen fertilizer recovery and utilization rate,the nitrogen fertilizer agronomic utilization ratio and the nitrogen fertilizer partial productivity were 4.8%,3.3%and 5.6%higher than that of the F1 treatment respectively,and the nitrogen fertilizer utilization efficiency of F4treatment was the lowest.(4)Nitrogen application and application of organic fertilizer could improve the rate of brown rice and milled rice,and the best effect was improved by F4 treatment,F2 treatment was the next.The amylose content of purple rice decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate and the proportion of organic fertilizer.The protein content was significantly heightened because of nitrogen application,and it showed the increase-decrease trend with the increase of proportion of organic manure,in which F3 treatment was the highest,F2treatment was the next.Nitrogen application significantly increased the content of vitamin B1 in purple rice,and the application of organic fertilizer also had a certain improvement effect,while the difference was not significant.(5)The content of Se,Zn and Fe in purple rice was not significantly affected by pure inorganic nitrogen fertilizer,but the content of Se,Zn and Fe in purple rice was significantly improved with the application of organic fertilizer,and it was generally improved with the proportion of organic fertilizer.It can be seen that under the conditions in this study,the high yield and quality of purple rice can be achieved when the nitrogen application rate is 150 kg/hm~2 and the ratio of organic manure application is 50%-75%. |
