Study On Ecological Development Of Pig Breeding Industry In Changyang County

The traditional pig breeding industry is a highly polluting industry,and the direct discharge of farmed manure has caused great damage to the ecological environment.In 2015,the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China incorporated ecological civilization into the overall layout of the Five-in-One.The requirements of the green development of the Party Central Committee provided institutional guarantee for the ecological transformation of the pig breeding industry in ChangYang County,and also provided the economy of ChangYang County.Ecological transformation provides a rare opportunity.The ecological transformation of ChangYang County's economic development requires the transformation of the traditional rough economic development mode,reducing the negative externalities in the production process,and upgrading to an ecologically sustainable green economy.This paper takes the pig breeding industry in ChangYang County as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in the development process through field investigation and data collection,and combines the actual situation of ChangYang County to give the ecological development of the pig breeding industry in ChangYang County.Countermeasures.The ecological process of the pig breeding industry in ChangYang County mainly faces two problems.On the one hand,the choice of ecological governance means and the establishment of ecological system,on the other hand,how to achieve both ecological and economic goals,and the status and economy of the industry.The development phase is consistent.In the exploration of the ecologicalization of the pig breeding industry,ChangYang County has formulated the “Development Plan for the Large-scale Breeding Zone for the Livestock and Poultry Breeding of the ChangYang Tujia Autonomous County,the Restricted Zone and the Dependent Zone”,and has drawn up the scope suitable for the development of the pig breeding industry in ChangYang County.Avoid pollution of pig breeding to affect key ecological function areas,water sources and residential areas.At the same time,in order to solve environmental protection supervision problems,ChangYang County strictly implemented the “Hezhang System”,linking environmental protection supervision with political achievements,and urging local governments to strengthen the supervision of the ecological environment and consolidate the results of ecological management.The relevant environmental protection measures of the ChangYang County Government have also promoted the exploration of effective ecological ecological farming model.The intensive ecological cycle model solves the problem of environmental pollution through the three steps of “source pollution control,effective pollution control,and recycling”,so that the cultivation of sewage and manure has been effectively utilized,reducing the cost of ecological treatment,and at the same time realizing Ecological goals and economic goals.Characteristic ecological farming combines traditional aquaculture industry with tourism and tourism agriculture to create “aquaculture + sightseeing” into a brand-new ecological product,which is not only a new exploration of the ecological development of the pig breeding industry,but also through the first,second and third industries.The integration and development has enriched the product system of the eco-tourism industry in ChangYang County,and made bold attempts for the integration and development of eco-agriculture and eco-tourism.Although the exploration of the ecological development of the pig breeding industry in ChangYang County has achieved some results,there are still some problems,mainly concentrated in the following aspects.First,there are still some problems left over from ecological governance that have not been properly addressed.Second,the ecological supervision method is backward,and the supervision cost is high and the efficiency is low.Third,the development of supporting industries related to pig breeding is backward,which restricts the development of industrial integration.Fourth,the market for ecological products needs to be explored.According to the corresponding problems,this paper gives suggestions on the further ecological development of the pig breeding industry in ChangYang County.First,to ensure the effective promotion of ecological governance planning by broadening the financial sources of ecological governance.Second,use the latest technology to innovate supervision methods,reduce regulatory costs,and improve regulatory efficiency.Third,we must strengthen the development of ecological supporting industries and lay a solid foundation for the integration of the first,second and third industries.Fourth,actively explore the ecological market and seize the ecological agricultural product market through brand strategy.
