| Chinese fir as one of the important fast-growing tree species in China,has a long history of cultivation and utilization.Because of its advantages such as good material quality,fewer pests and diseases.Chinese fir has economic benefit and ecological value.In order to solve the present situation of Chinese fir seeds in short supply and to provide effective technical support and management experience for early formation of scale planting and enterprise development.This paper focuses on Chinese fir seed orchard by ring,ring cut and fertilization to promote flowers and artificial pollination,experimental study on amount of male and female flowers,cones in a rate,seed plumpness,and the seed germination rate,the test result follows:In the experimental study,the effect of male and female flower formation on different treatments of Chinese fir was found to have a promoting effect on the male and female formation of Chinese fir.The flower-promoting effects of each treatment were: cerclage > ring cutting >pull branch > broken top > control.The treatment was optimal by cerclage method.The average male and female flower formation was 1.15 times higher than that of the control,followed by the ring cutting method.The average male and female flower formation was 0.6 times higher than the control.The effects of different treatments on the male flower volume of Chinese fir seed orchard were analyzed.The treatment had a promoting effect on the male flower quantity of Chinese fir.The flower-promoting effects of each treatment were as follows: cerclage > ring cutting > pull branch > broken top > control;optimal treatment by cerclage method,the average male flower volume was higher than the control 1.64 times,followed by the ring cutting method,the average male ball flower is 0.39 times higher than the control;the effect of different treatments on the female flower quantity of Chinese fir seed orchard,each treatment has a promoting effect on the female flower quantity of Chinese fir,and the treatment of the female flower quantity of Chinese fir The promotion effect is as follows: ring cutting > broken top >cerclage > pull branch > control.The female flower quantity of Chinese fir was 0.52 times higher than that of the control group,which was the best promotion effect compared with other treatment groups.The amount of male and female flowers and the male flower volume were thehighest in the circumcision treatment.In the actual production of Chinese fir seed garden,it should be recommended to select the ring treatment.This experiment carried out a comparative experiment on the effect of flower stimulation.The experimental study found that the formation of male and female flowers in Chinese fir seed orchard was better than that of the control group.According to the data obtained by different fertilization treatments on the Chinese fir flowering,the effect of different fertilization amount and ratio on the flowering effect was: urea,phosphate fertilizer,potash fertilizer and boron fertilizer combined use group > urea,phosphate fertilizer,Mixed application group of potassium fertilizer> Mixed application group of phosphate fertilizer,potassium fertilizer and boron fertilizer> Mixed application group of phosphate fertilizer and potassium fertilizer> Single urea group> Phosphate fertilizer group.The treatment of 4 fertilize urea 250g+phosphorus fertilizer250g+potash 250g+boron fertilizer 10 g,the formation of male and female flowers was 28.16.Followed by treatment 5 fertilize composite fertilizer and treatment 6 fertilize phosphorus fertilizer 250g+potash 250g+boron fertilizer 20 g.The formation of male and female flowers was 22.44 and 22.0.The formation of male and female flowers in the above three treatments was higher than that of the control.The results showed that the single-element fertilization method had no obvious effect on the flower-promoting effect of Chinese fir.The combined use of urea,phosphate fertilizer,potassium fertilizer and boron fertilizer could effectively promote the flowering of Chinese fir.In the practical application of fertilization and flowering in the Chinese fir seed orchard,the reasonable ratio of different elemental fertilizers should be considered according to the demand.The artificial pollination comparison experiment was carried out on the female flowers in the Chinese fir seed orchard by spraying the pure pollen of Chinese fir and the pure pollen of cedar,adding talc,gibberellin,white sugar and other additives.Seeds formed by different treatments were tested.The results showed that the treatment rate of Chinese fir cones treated with 3 pollen 2.0g+100mg/L borax+500ml clear water was the highest,with the highest value being 24.22%.The fullness of the treated 3 Chinese fir seeds was the highest,with the highest value being 49.89%.Treatment 5 pollen 2.0g+50mg/L borax +50mg/L gibberellin +500ml water,the treatment of Chinese fir seed germination rate is the highest,the highest value of44.50%.Secondly,the germination rate of 3 Chinese fir seeds was 42.75%.In summary,the treatment method of adding borax has the best effect on the Chinese fir seed orchard,and its seed yield,seed saturation and germination rate are significantly improved.After investigation on theseed yield,seed saturation and germination rate of Chinese fir seed obtained by artificial pollination with different formulations,it was found that the combination of borax and gibberellin in pollen had the best effect on seed yield and seed saturation.The germination rate test data showed that it was second only to treatment 5,ranking second.The method of adding borax to improve the seed quality in the practical production of artificial pollination in Chinese fir seed orchard can be popularized and applied. |
