In recent years,the issues of population,resources and environment have become increasingly prominent in China,and the development of modern agriculture has got unprecedented attention.China is an agricultural country,but the per capita cultivated area does not reach the half of world per cultivated area.To improve the crop production,the fruit and vegetable quality and food security,the plant factories are growing fast in China and the world.The plant factories are to replace the natural environment basically and even absolutely.The utilization rate of land will increase multiply,the crop production in unit area will improve greatly and the quality of produce will be guaranteed.Plant factory is the key technology to solve the resource shortages,environmental pollution and food safety.Now,the plant factories in China are in development stage,most plant factories are introduced from abroad,both facilities and technologies are not completed.Therefore,it is difficult to achieve refined modern cultivation and high standard scientific research.This paper combines the existing plant problems such as single-function and rough-precision control equipment and designs a set of plant growth environment control system.The programming is based on embedded system through the air temperature and humidity sensor,the soil temperature and humidity sensor,illuminance sensor and more sensors,to collect the environmental information of plant factory.The message will upload to the master control chip.which will be used to analyzed and process the environmental information,and send the corresponding message to the fan,pump,heating pipe and fill-light module device to control the internal environment of plant factory.The master control chip controls the output environmental information and input control process,it analyzes and processes the data,and realizes the humancomputer interaction function through the touch screen display,the user can understand and control the internal environmental parameters of the plant factory through the touch screen in real time,and realize the control function through the touch screen.At the same time,data monitoring,display,storage,and control can also be accomplished through PC software.This paper completed the design of the environmental regulation system for the interior of the plant factory,and emphatically described the design and implementation of the PWM fill-light module are eventually realized and the features,reliability and stability are tested.On the basis of ensuring the normal growing environment of plants,the fill-light module can be finely controlled.Control the free-fitting of high-power LED light quality,continuously adjustable light intensity,and the ability to freely set the light cycle.This system has many advantages,such as fast and accurate data acquisition,rapid control response processing,and clear and detailed function of the fill-light module.The entire system is safe and stable,simple to operate,easy to maintain,and has a certain market promotion value.
